LETTER FROM dying veterans: George Bush and Dick Cheney, YOU are guilty of murder

LETTER FROM dying veterans: George Bush and Dick Cheney, YOU are guilty of murder

I am writing this letter on the 10th anniversary of the Iraq war for his fellow veterans Iraqi war. I am writing this letter for those 4,488 soldiers and Marines who have died in Iraq. I am writing this letter for the hundreds of thousands of veterans who were injured and for those whose wounds, both physical and mental, they destroyed lives. I’m one of those fatally injured. I was paralyzed, when we in 2004 circumvent the insurgents in Sadr City. My life is over. I’m in the hospital.

I am writing this letter for those husbands and wives who lost their husband, for those children who lost their parents, for those fathers and mothers who lost their sons and daughters, and for those who care about the many thousands of my co-veterans who have suffered brain injury.

I am writing this letter for those veterans who have suffered trauma and self-disgust in what they were seeing things in Iraq have experienced and done, and it has led to suicide and for those soldiers and Marines on active duty, you commit an average of one suicide daily. I am writing this letter for about 1 million dead Iraqis and for the countless wounded Iraqis. I am writing this letter for you from all of us – for the human detritus of your war, what remained for her, for those who spend their lives in endless pain and sorrow.

“I hope it will come before the end of your time on earth was going to end like mine, you will find the strength and character of forgiveness.”

I am writing this letter in my last letter to you, Mr. Bush and Mr. Cheney. I do not write it because I thought that you run the terrible human and moral consequences of your lies, manipulation and thirst for wealth and power. I am writing this letter because before his own death, I want to be clear that I and my co-hundreds of thousands of veterans, along with millions of my fellow citizens, along with hundreds of others in Iraq and the Middle East fully know who you are and what you have done . You can escape justice, but also in their own eyes as you guilty of any horrendous war crimes of robbery and eventually murder, including the murder of thousands of young Americans – my co-veterans – who stole your future.

“You can avoid justice, but in our eyes you are guilty of any horrendous war crimes of robbery and eventually murder, including the murder of thousands of young Americans – my co-veterans – who stole your future.”

Your position of authority, your millions of dollars of personal wealth, your consultants, public relations, your privilege and your power can not disguise the emptiness of your characters. You sent us to fight and die in Iraq after you, are you, Mr. Cheney, avoided conscription to Vietnam and you, Mr. Bush, you ran over your AWOL from National Guard units. Your cowardice and selfishness is demonstrated decades ago. You were not willing to risk themselves for our nation, but you sent thousands of young men and women to sacrifice themselves in a pointless war, which came out of more benefit than you can get out of the trash.

I joined the Army two days after the attacks of 9.11 I joined the Army because the country has been the victim of an attack. I wanted to make retaliate against those who killed about 3000 so my fellow citizens. I did not join the Army to go to Iraq, a country which was not involved in the attack of September 2001 and did not represent a threat even to its neighbors, much less the United States. I did not join the Army to “liberate” the Iraqis or destroying capacity mythical weapons of mass destruction, nor implanted me what you cynically call “democracy” in Baghdad and the Middle East. I did not join the Army to rebuild Iraq, which at the time, as you told us, could be paid from the proceeds of Iraqi oil. But instead of this war for the United States, would involve costs more than $ 3 trillion. And especially I not enter the Army to lead preventive war. Preventive war is illegal under international law. And now I know that as a soldier in Iraq, I was an accomplice of your idiocy and your crimes. The war in Iraq was the biggest strategic drift in U.S. history. Disrupted the balance of power in the Middle East. Installed in Baghdad corrupt and brutal but pro-Iranian government, so what consolidates power through torture, death squads and terror. And it kept the Iran as the dominant power of the region. At all levels – moral, strategic, military and economic – Iraq was a flop. And you were not you, Mr. Bush and Mr. Cheney, who started this war. You should be you who will pay for the consequences.

I did not write this letter, I’d wounded in fighting in Afghanistan against the forces that carried out the attack of 9.11 If I was injured there, I would have been on for so miserable because of his physical injury and impending death, but at least I have the consolation to know that the injury was the result of my own decision to defend the country I love. I would not have you here to lie to bed when I have a body full of anesthetic, my life is missing and I have to deal with the fact that hundreds of thousands of human beings, including children and myself included was offered more for less greedy oil companies, for your alliance with oil sheikhs in Saudi Arabia and your crazy ideas about empire.

I am like many others maimed veterans suffered disproportionate and often slapdash care provided by the Office for veterans. I like a lot of other veterans, I realized that our mental and physical wounds you at all interested, maybe not at all interested in politics. Abused us. They betrayed us. And we stayed abandoned. You, Mr. Bush, you have a lot of pretending that you are a Christian. But it is not a sin to lie? Murder is not a sin? They are not stealing and selfish ambition sin? I’m not a Christian. But I believe in Christian ideals. I believe that what you do the least of my brothers, eventually committing yourself to yourself, to your own soul.

My day of reckoning is already with me. Even yours arrives. I hope you will be brought to justice. But most of all I hope for yourselves, that you will find the courage to stand up to what you have committed to me and to many, the many others who deserve to live. I hope that before the end your time on earth was going to end like mine, you will find the strength of character to stand before the American public and the world, and especially against the Iraqi people and asked for forgiveness.

How Barack Obama avoids prison

How Barack Obama avoids prison

A political deal will be struck to save the Democrat Party from total collapse and protect the Republican Party from revelations of complicity in the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people.

A growing number of Americans are now learning that Barack Obama, according to Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the U. S. Constitution, is an illegal President. The law requires a candidate for the Presidency to be a “natural born citizen,” that is, a second generation American, a U.S. citizen, whose parents were also U.S. citizens at the time of the candidate’s birth.

Obama’s father was a citizen of Kenya and a British subject at the time of his birth, which made him forever ineligible for the Presidency.

Practically speaking, that issue is not a problem for Obama because the Republican Party also wants to violate the Constitution. Many Republicans are aggressively advocating Florida Senator Marco Rubio as Mitt Romney’s Vice Presidential candidate.  Rubio is ineligible because, even though he was born in the United States, his parents were Cuban citizens at the time of his birth.

Since 1975, both Democrat and Republican politicians have been trying unsuccessfully to amend Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the U. S. Constitution. The election of Obama has allowed them to do so, not legally, but by fait accompli.

According to the wishes of Democrat and Republican politicians, Anwar al-Awlaki, killed by a drone strike on September 30, 2011, was eligible to be President because he was born in New Mexico of Yemeni parents. Al-Awlaki was the “spiritual leader” of al-Qaida in the Arabian peninsula, whose sermons at the Dar al-Hijrah Islamic Center in Falls Church, Virginia were attended by two hijackers who carried out the 9/11 attacks, Nawaf al-Hamzi and Hani Hanjour. Likewise, accused Fort Hood shooter and alleged al-Awlaki disciple, Nidal Malik Hasan, is eligible to be President because he was born in Virginia of Palestinian parents.

There are also persistent questions about the authenticity of Obama’s birth certificate, Selective Service registration and his use of a Social Security number not issued to him, all serious crimes with the potential for lengthy prison sentences.

The law, however, is not a problem for Obama because any serious investigation would implicate far too many Democrat and Republican politicians. That is why the political establishment and the media are suppressing every effort to uncover the truth about Obama’s personal history because it would expose their own corruption and hypocrisy.

The greatest danger to Obama is the potential collapse of the Democrat Party from the failed policies engineered by his Administration and the Party’s progressive wing.

The Clinton faction and other Democrats outside of Obama’s circle of supporters now fear he may be leading the Party, not only to certain electoral defeat, but to political oblivion. They are actively working behind the scenes, likely with the collusion of Republicans, to ensure Obama’s defeat or, perhaps, even quietly to force him out of the 2012 Presidential contest. They all have a vested interest in maintaining the balance of power of the political status quo, which an Obama victory would permanently alter.

An Obama win would, for example, forever eliminate Clinton Democrats as a political factor and nullify all the Republican economic arguments, which represent the core of the Romney campaign.

In general, however, politicians’ concern for the well-being of country exists only in the context of the power they wield and the health of their financial portfolios and that is the essence of the Obama threat that they perceive.

Much can happen between now and November to determine whether or not the non-Obama Democrat and Republican coalition will succeed. Will Attorney General Eric Holder be forced to resign paving the way for other investigations? Will there be selective leaks to embarrass Obama? Will the financiers and liberal media turn against him? Will Obama be privately blackmailed or promised a pardon?

The fate of Obama has already been determined, not by voters, but by powerbrokers using tactics that will unfold over the coming months.

There is one thing, however, that is certain. Regardless of who wins in November, Obama’s alleged crimes will never be fully investigated and his personal history will never be exposed by either Democrat or Republican politicians. Their involvement in a conspiracy of silence is unmistakable and their protection of Obama stems solely from political self-interest.

Barack Obama has been issued a “get out of jail free” card by a corrupt political establishment and a dishonest media.

This is an old clip showing admittance of the CIA that they use the mainstream media to manipulate the thoughts and ideas of American citizens in the USA. This has not changed obviously and is good to know happened in the past due to our reality today.

The United States, Israel, Britain and other European sycophants of the American Empire, are threatening to attack Iran: bombing, killing, maiming, destroying the homes of ordinary Iranians. But the Iranian people are no different from the people in those countries whose leaders are addicted to waging war.

We should all stand up and say loud and clear:

Not in My Name.

The US-Iran Economic War

The US-Iran Economic War

By Pepe Escobar

January 06, 2011 “Asia Times” — NEW YORK – Here’s a crash course on how to further wreck the global economy.

A key amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act signed by United States President Barack Obama on the last day of 2011 - when no one was paying attention – imposes sanctions on any countries or companies that buy Iranian oil and pay for it through Iran’s central bank. Starting this summer, anybody who does it is prevented from doing business with the US.

This amendment – for all practical purposes a declaration of economic war – was brought to you by the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), on direct orders of the Israeli Torrents of spin have tried to rationalize it as the Obama administration‘s plan B as opposed to letting the Israeli dogs of war conduct an unilateral attack on Iran over its supposed nuclear weapons program.

Yet the original Israeli strategy was in fact even more hysterical – as in effectively preventing any country or company from paying for imported Iranian oil, with the possible exceptions of China and India. On top of it, American Israel-firsters were trying to convince anyone this would not result in relentless oil price hikes.

Once again displaying a matchless capacity to shoot themselves in their Ferragamo-clad feet, governments in the European Union (EU) are debating whether or not to buy oil from Iran anymore. The existential doubt is should we start now or wait for a few months. Inevitably, like death and taxes, the result has been – what else – oil prices soaring. Brent crude is now hovering around $114, and the only way is up.

Get me to the crude on time
Iran is the second-largest Organization for Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) producer, exporting up to 2.5 million barrels of oil a day. Around 450,000 of these barrels go to the European Union – the second-largest market for Iran after China.

The requisite faceless bureaucrat, EU Energy Commissioner Gunther Ottinger, has been spinning that the EU can count on Saudi Arabia to make up the shortfall from Iran.

Any self-respecting oil analyst knows Saudi Arabia does not have all the necessary extra spare capacity. Moreover, and crucially, Saudi Arabia needs to make a lot of money out of expensive oil. After all, the counter-revolutionary House of Saud badly needs these funds to bribe its subjects into dismissing any possibility of an indigenous Arab Spring.

Add to it Tehran’s threat to block the Strait of Hormuz, thus preventing one-sixth of the world’s oil and 70% of OPEC’s exports from reaching the market; no wonder oil traders are falling over themselves to lock up as much crude as they can.

Forget about oil at an accessible $50 or even $75 a barrel. The price of oil may be destined to soon reach $120 a barrel and even $150 a barrel by summer, just as in crisis-hit 2008. OPEC, by the way, is pumping more oil than at any time since late 2008.

So what started as an Israeli-concocted roadside improvised explosive device has now developed into a multiple economic suicide bombing targeting whole sections of the global economy.

No wonder the chairman of the Iranian parliament’s national security and foreign policy commission, Ala’eddin Broujerdi, has warned that the West may be committing a “strategic blunder” with these oil sanctions.

Translation: as it goes, the name of the game for 2012 is deep global recession.

Obama rolls the dice
First Washington leaked that sanctions on Iran’s central bank were “not on the table”. After all, the Obama administration itself knew this would translate into an oil price hike and a certified one-way ticket for more global recession. The Iranian regime, on top of it, would be making more money out if its oil exports.

Still, the Bibi-AIPAC combo had no trouble forcing the amendment through those Israel-firster Meccas, the US Senate and Congress – even with US Secretary of the Treasury Tim Geithner expressly against it.

The amendment just passed may not represent the “crippling sanctions” vociferously demanded by the Israeli government. Tehran will feel the squeeze – but not to an intolerable level. Yet only those irresponsible people at the US Congress – despised by the overwhelming majority of Americans, according to any number of polls – could possibly believe they can take Iran’s 2.5 million barrels of oil a day in exports off the global market with no drastic consequences for the global economy.

Asia increasingly will need more oil – and will continue to buy oil from Iran. And oil prices will keep flirting with the stratosphere.

So why did Obama sign it? For the Obama administration, everything now is about electoral calculus. Those terminal wackos in the Republican presidential circus – with the honorable exception of Ron Paul – are peddling war on Iran the moment they’re elected, and substantial swathes of the American electorate are clueless enough to buy it.

No one, though, is doing some basic math to conclude the American and European economies certainly don’t need oil flirting with the $120 level if some minimal recovery is in the cards.

Show me your balls Apart from that self-defeating, terminally in crisis euro/North Atlantic Treaty Organization bunch, everyone and his neighbor will be bypassing this Israeli-American declaration of economic war:
- Russia already said it will circumvent it.
- India is already paying for Iranian oil via Halkbank in Turkey.
- Iran is actively negotiating to sell more oil to China. Iran is China’s second-largest supplier, only behind Saudi Arabia. China pays in euros, and soon may be paying in yuan. By March they both will have sealed an agreement about new pricing.
- Venezuela controls a bi-national bank with Iran since 2009; that’s how Iran gets paid for business in Latin America.
- Even traditional US allies want out. Turkey – which imports around 30% of its oil from Iran.
- Will seek a waiver exempting Turkish oil importer Tupras from US sanctions.
- And South Korea will also seek a waiver, to buy around 200,000 barrels a day – 10% of its oil – from Iran in 2012.

China, India, South Korea, they all have complex two-way trade ties with Iran (China-Iran trade, for instance, is $30 billion a year, and growing). None of this will be extinguished because the Washington/Tel Aviv axis says so. So one should expect a rash of new private banks set up all across the developing world for the purpose of buying Iranian oil.

Washington wouldn’t have the balls to try to impose sanctions on Chinese banks because they will be dealing with Iran.

On the other hand, one’s got to praise Tehran’s balls. After a relentless campaign of covert assassinations; abductions of Iranian scientists; cross-border attacks in Sistan-Balochistan province; Israeli sabotage of its infrastructure, with viruses and otherwise; invasion of territory via US spy drones; non-stop Israeli and Republican threats of an imminent “shock and awe”; and the US sale of $60 billion of weapons to Saudi Arabia, still Tehran won’t balk.

Tehran has just tested – successfully – its own cruise missiles, and in the Strait of Hormuz of all places. Then when Tehran reacts to the non-stop Western aggressive barrage, it is blamed with “acts of provocation”.

Last Friday, the New York Times editorial board was totally in love with the Pentagon’s threats against Iran, as well as calling for “maximum economic pressure”.

The bottom line is that average Iranians will suffer – as average, crisis-hit, indebted Europeans will also suffer. The US economy will suffer. And whenever it feels the West is getting way too hysterical, Tehran will keep reserving the right to send oil prices skyrocketing.

The regime in Tehran will keep selling oil, will keep enriching uranium and, most of all, won’t fall. Like a Hellfire missile hitting a Pashtun wedding party, these Western sanctions will miserably fail. But not without collecting a lot of collateral damage – in the West itself.

US intervention in Iran will drag China & Russia into war

US intervention in Iran will drag China & Russia into war!!!

by on Jan 6, 2012

Sanctions against Iran are an act of war, says John Rees of Stop the War Coalition, aimed at preparing public opinion in the US, Britain and other allied countries for war.

Attacking Iran would be even more catastropic than the Iraq war, with the potential of drawing in China and Russia in support of Iran.

But that is the road down which the hawks in the Obama administration are now embarked — in cohoots with the Israeli government which is itching to start bombing.
