Approximately 105 children from a Libyan government home for orphans and abused children located in Misrata have been missing since February 2011. Groups like Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International reported that rebel forces entering Misrata abducted the children.
However the events remain a mystery. The Gaddafi governmentclaimed that the children were taken hostage by a group of rebels. Reports based on testimonies state that the children were seen for the last time while being taken into a Turkish, Italian or French ship, and one witness claims that some of the children were sold in Turkey.
The National Transitional Council denied the allegations on children trafficking and accused the Gaddafi Government of using them as human shields in the Bab al Azizya complex in the center of Tripoli. No human rights organization or journalists who have investigated this claim have seen any indication of the presence of children in Bab al Azizya. NATO, UNICEF, Save the Children or the office of US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton have not been able to provide information about missing children.
Recently, it has completed one year of the assassination of Muammar Gaddafi, at which Libya disappeared completely from the Western mass media, as if his death were normalized to the country democratically, granted its citizens the desired freedom, and established a strict respect for human rights. But in Libya it occurred, have happened and continue to happen ever since the atrocious things when the Arab Jamahiriya was dismantled by the operation ‘Odyssey Dawn‘, an operation that over time will classify as one of the most horrific episodes in the history of Humanity.
After more than 10,000 bombings and attacks by mercenary forces infiltrated Gaddafi’s death at the hands of a member of the French secret services opened the door to a new occupation and a flagrant case of plunder of natural resources.
And although the death of Gaddafi by an agent of the French services has been recognized and published by several European media, Western public opinion still ignores crimes against humanity and war crimes committed during and after the operation foreign military. And most unfortunate: those still being made today.
The imperialist intelligence used the wave of Arab protests to get rid of a politician so annoying for Anglo-Zionist geostrategic interests. Gaddafi’s Libya was one of the few Arab countries that still sincerely supported the Palestinian cause. On the other hand, was a thorn in the development of AFRICOM, for his anti-imperialist leadership in Africa. Third, the Libyan oil and gas was a great asset to Western energy multinational corporations. In short: Libya was the perfect victim and the only problem would be to discuss how the loot would be shared.
The ‘humanitarian war’ of NATO in Libya resulted in a few months the total destruction of what was once the most developed country in Africa, and the assassination of more than 120,000 people. Other 240,000 people were injured and more than 70,000 innocent people were imprisoned in inhumane prisons infested militias infiltrated foreign jihadists from Tunisia and Cyrenaica, and armed to the teeth by neo-colonialist powers, enabled in the cities and towns that were sweeping after the bombing of the French and British fighters.
The only ONG’s those allowed into Libya after the invasion were Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, who hid and continued to conceal the scale of the disaster. This deliberate omission not only confirms that both organizations are controlled by imperialist intelligence. While the reality of Libya was massive bombings and massive influx of mercenaries who joined the rebels and faced what was left of the government troops after the bombing, political marketing and elaborated Western intelligence services all kinds of revolutionary symbols, flags and banners with inscriptions that gave the masses in Benghazi and a few hundred players in Qatar’s Green Square to simulate the capture of the capital, Tripoli, recorded by protesters and the ‘manifestations’.
So while the vast majority of Benghazi and Tripolitanians walked with banners against foreign intervention, actors were hired and began the great media brainwashing campaign from Qatar, where Al Jazeera channel made available to external aggressors and their mainstream media all resources. Thus, the Western and Arab public opinions were contaminated throughout the invasion and after they, convinced that the ‘Responsibility to Protect’ was taking practice strictly respecting international law. With something as simple as imputing Gaddafi forces responsibility for the massacres of civilians that left behind the NATO bombing and show videos that hurt the sensibilities of any civilized being, is more than enough to convince the public that must intervene to save the lives of thousands of civilians.
The typical Hollywood script of good and evil that rules imposed Manichaean foreign policy from the Pentagon. (***let me remind you what we mean! with this video)

Libya, the ‘spring’ to Hell (Part 2)
Any conflict provoked requires intense preparation work, which is why some countries devote increasing budgetary resources intelligence, which makes us suspect that we move away from an international community governed by law. In Libya, the military operation was preceded by contacts ‘philosopher’ and Zionist French Bertrand Henri Levy with some tribal leaders of Cyrenaica. Former war correspondent, is known for its strong ties to the Israeli extreme right, to the point that has been called the “Israeli emissary of death” by their experience in promoting conflict and pave the way as a prelude to military intervention NATO in the Balkans,Afghanistan and Sudan. And put it into practice again in Libya and conspiring to apply the same script in Syria. Henri Levy has been the right hand of Nicolas Sarkozy .Close associate of the CIA and Mossad, was the real mastermind of the campaign of intoxication informative, to the point that directed simulation taking Tripoli’s Green Square on set prepared by Al Jazeera in Qatar, which led the recognition of the NTC for more than ten countries and was the lace to the Gaddafi government.
Day after day brings more evidence of Machiavellian plan that ended the government of Gaddafi. Notable statements freelance journalist Lizzie Phelan British direct witness of foreign aggression against Libya, which has provided all kinds of evidence of the macabre NATO military operation. Such tests have been flushed to the international press, and especially the British, who had to admit it was all a plot in short articles in the newspapers undetectable areas.
As Tony Blair’s prestige collapsed after the invasion of Iraq and was about to be prosecuted for misleading the British public, it is possible that some day we see Nicolas Sarkozy and David Cameron also ousted, because the hidden truth expected his revenge, and a conspiracy of such magnitude can not be hidden for long.
In the West, the international news is always monopoly of mass media, which distort reality to get support or indifference of their societies, which kept entertained with sports and tabloid trash TV, and anesthetized with a lifestyle based on individualistic consumption. Then the Rex Mundi and financial powers that support them, are operated around the web of corruption, blackmail and bribery through “diplomatic cables”, to which ordinary citizens had access for a few days thanks to WikiLeaks. Finally, through the mechanism above, get the necessary support for the high international institutions, especially the UN and the WTO, allow, respectively, spoilers initiating conflict and economic sanctions taken to keep the second and providing third world labor and cheap resources to the first world.
The case of Libya, Afghanistan and Iraq as before, and soon Mali, and possibly Syria and Iran, all of which fall within the category of conflict induced spoilers.
Although the right to accurate information that enshrine various international conventions and many constitutions not complemented by an obligation faithfully reporting by states and institutions, in the Internet age the truth is only a matter of time and network of networks allows us to navigate through a world of blogosphere and websites produced by journalists and anonymous lovers of truth and who selflessly let us know other versions of what happens in the world. Long live democracy on the net!
Libya, the ‘spring’ to Hell (Part 3)
In Castilian castizo, the popular proverb says that “better the devil you know, good to know” and sometimes, “the cure is worse than the disease.” That must think most Libyans to witness the massive drop bombs and missiles from the sky in the early days of the siege. And that’s what we should be thinking today the members of the National Transitional Council (NTC) when they witness the monster that has become a year of Libya after Gaddafi’s murder. This is demonstrated by the statements of the President of Congress to Magrif Libyan Mohammed, who last week used the words ‘chaos’, ‘negligence’, ‘disorder’ and ‘corruption’ to refer to the situation in the country.
Hillary Clinton being received by members of the NTC
After intense NATO bombing, huge amounts of weapons were brought into the country with thousands of mercenaries and jihadists of Al Qaeda , mostly Libyan veterans of Afghanistan and Iraq in the first place. They quickly took control of the Libyan rebel factions, composed of young unemployed and disgruntled with their government.
Libya is now a failed state where a pot of Salafi militias, takfiristas, and factions of Al Qaeda rampant terrorizing the population. The factional fighting, assaults, killings, looting, kidnapping and the settling of scores are the daily bread, and the number of dead and missing is still increasing. The “private prisons” of militias still crowded with prisoners in inhuman conditions, and the terror of armed groups has led to the flight of more than a million people between political refugees and IDPs. The absence of an army and a police officer makes it impossible to protect the population, much less the country’s stability.
Among the wildest acts that perform these militias is stricter enforcement of sharia all those Muslims whom they consider apostates or bad Muslims, and those loyal to Gaddafi, with hundreds of summary executions without previous charge or trial . These crimes are silenced by the Western media, whose societies believe that Libya is in full “democratic transition.”
The persecution of religious minorities and the destruction of Christian symbols, including cemeteries, and any expression that deviates from Islamic orthodoxy takfir fundamentalist, especially Sufi temples, are also being documented.
Libyans Salafists destroyed a Christian cemetery
Fundamentalists kill two mausoleums in the Libyan cities of Tripoli and Zlitan
In addition to the ongoing war crimes and crimes against humanity described above, there are fewer property crimes historical and cultural past of Libya. The looting of archaeological Libya is a very lucrative business and allows militias continue to be financed . This situation has already happened in Iraq, and is now also produced in northern Syria. It is unfortunate that all museums and archaeological sites have been looted and Libya.
As always happened since the beginning of imperialist colonialism, stolen items always go to swell the personal estates of wealthy art collectors.
But certainly it should embarrass the international community are the recent attacks on the last strongholds loyal to Gaddafi, especially the town of Bani Walid, where militias last week attacked the city with white phosphorus and nerve gas, killing hundreds of civilians.
Some analysts believe that the attacks were premeditated and organized by the NTC itself to root out the gaddafismo in order to annihilate the nostalgia of the past and avoid possible vengeance in the future.
These facts could constitute genocide, and several countries have called on international institutions to launch an investigation into what happened to bring the International Criminal Tribunal for authors. For now, and as expected, the hegemonic media have been silent about what happened and about the request for an investigation.

By Christof Lehmann — nsnbc. Yesterday, on 19 March 2012, Amnesty International was calling on NATO to “investigate the killing of dozens of civilians during it`s air campaign last year and to provide reparations to the people affected”. Amnesty further stated that “adequate investigations must be carried out and full reparation provided to the victims and their families”. NATO rebutted Amnesty International`s call for an investigation and compensation for the “dozens” of civilians, and in doing so, NATO has entered an elegant propaganda dance macabre. A propaganda dance macabre, designed to dominate and more importantly direct the public and political discourse away from the true dimensions and proportions of the war crimes that were committed under NATO command as well as command responsibility.
The “human rights organization” that is branding itself as “watchdog” is obviously attempting to make even well intended humanitarian minded members of the worlds public belief, that NATO`s Operation Unified Protector, authorized by UNSC Resolution 1973 has resulted in 55 documented cases of named civilians, including 16 children and 14 women that were killed in air strikes in the capital Tripoli and the towns of Zliten,Majer, Sirte, and Brega. The amnesty narrative must make the heart of every NATO propaganda expert jump faster. Possibly, Amnesty is positioning itself for a Nobel Peace Price, where it would be in perfect company with Barak Hussein Obama, Henry Kissinger and other humanitarian avatars. After all, Amnesty International USA has Suzanne Nossel at the helm. A Hilary Clinton aide for International Organizations Affairs.
Reality Amnesty-Style is depended on the all important methodology. With the correct methodology it is possible to reduce a genocide to 55 documented cases …
On Sunday, the coalition of liberal forces of Libya announced that it won the first parliamentary elections since 1964. “Muslim Brotherhood“has confirmed their loss in Tripoli and Benghazi, where half of the population resides. Yet, how successful the elected parliament will be in Libya ruled not by law, but rather a gang of ex-fighters for independence.
The defeat of the Islamists in Benghazi was unexpected, but understandable because of the nationalism of the Libyans who know that the “brothers” in the Party of Justice are mostly people from neighboring Egypt. Egyptians are generally disliked in Libya becauseunder Gaddafi they occupied the lower level of the social ladder, engaging in the most menial jobs. In addition, the Islamists have gone too far with the imposition of their so-called “independents” (120 of 220 seats in the parliament) during the election campaign on television. After the 42-year dictatorship of the media Libyans are very sensitive to any excess in this area.
The parliamentary election was won by the liberal Union of National Forces that brings together some 50 parties and 78 independent candidates under the banner of “moderate Muslim country, democracy, and separation of the executive and legislative branches of government.” The Union is headed by Mahmoud Jibril who came out of the transitional government (PNS) to stand for the parliament. He is a native of the warfalla tribe, the largest in the country, and the one that has been always loyal to Gaddafi but had a number of serious collisions with him. Jibril has joined the revolution from its very inception, and served in the PNS as prime minister.
Two hundred seats in the National Congress will be divided between Tripolitania, the most populated region of the western Libya (102 seats), Cyrenaica (East) and the area of Fezzan (south) with 60 and 40 seats, respectively. The Parliament will choose the prime minister and draft a new constitution. The election on the large area of the country was marked by a high turnout, but in the south of Benghazi several sites have been attacked. This is understandable, since the separatist sentiment is very strong. The victory belongs to moderate Muslims who understand that the main threat comes not from the “Brotherhood” and not even from separatism Cyrenaica, but the gangs of militias, renamed “police”.
PNS now has virtually no power in Libya. Thus, the report of the international non-governmental organization Amnesty International published on Thursday describes a fairly bleak picture. The document, drawn up based on the results of the visits to the country in May and June, is entitled “Libya: Rule of law or rule of militia.” Of course, the militia (that is, the very “police”), concluded the authors of the report. Human rights activists state that the rebelswho fought with the army of Gaddafi refused to lay down their arms and continue to commit atrocities and arbitrary arrests, torture and murder with impunity.
According to AI, the gang kept in captivity about four thousand supporters of Gaddafi and subjected them to torture. The report describes 20 documented casesin which prisoners have died in secret prisons, were tortured with electricity, and battered with metal bars and sticks. The situation is no better with the refugees. For example, 30,000 Tauerga people were expelled from their homes by police from a nearby Misrata and have not been able to come back. This is a tribe of blacks favored by Gaddafi and pursued in Libya, as well as other black Libyans, wrote the authors of the report. The south is also restless. Around the Kufra oasis there is a struggle between black African Tabu tribe and Arab tribe Zvai.Tuba announced their intention to boycott the elections on July 7.
Who are these “police”? Libyans first called them “zowar” – fighters for independence. Among them there are many deserters from the army of Gaddafi and former police officers. These are well-trained military people who do not want to transfer power to the civilian authorities. Organized according to tribal rules, they have turned into a small army with its rigid hierarchy, arsenals, and controlled areas. Even the capital city of Tripoli is divided into zones of influence, not to mention the rural areas.
Amnesty International noted that the Libyan authorities (National Transition Council and the Provisional Government) “do not have the ability or desire to resist the police”under the pretext of “lack of security and a large number of weapons.”The language is strange, but understandable if one considers a PNS law that established immunity from prosecution for the rebels who “protect the revolution of the 17th February.”
There is a danger that the four decades of rule of Gaddafi in terms of human rights violations will be forgotten and replayed, wrote the authors of the report. However, the West, and particularly France, now controls oil and gas of Libya – the most hydrocarbon-rich country in the region.
NATO underreported civilian killings in Libya airstrikes: HRW
Smoke billows from the site of an explosion across an area in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, targeted by NATO airstrikes, June 7, 2011.
The Human Rights Watch (HRW) has accused the NATO military alliance of underreporting civilian casualties during its campaign against the regime of slain Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi.
The rights organization accused NATO of failing to acknowledge the scope of collateral damage caused by its airstrikes, urging the alliance to compensate civilian victims and launch a probe into the deaths of the civilians killed in the aerial attacks.
“Attacks are allowed only on military targets, and serious questions remain in some incidents about what exactly NATO forces were striking,” said Fred Abrahams, a special adviser at HRW and principal author of the latest report of the organization on NATO’s Libya campaign.
The report claims to be the most extensive investigation into the death toll of NATO air assaults, presenting a higher death toll estimate than the one given in an Amnesty International report released in March.
The HRW report described NATO’s failure to thoroughly investigate the cases of civilian deaths as “deeply disappointing.”
NATO has, however, argued that it took unprecedented care to “minimize risks to civilians” and it had no presence on Libyan soil to confirm the deaths. (****This is how NATO protects civilians)
“We deeply regret any instance of civilian casualties for which NATO may have been responsible,” said NATO spokeswoman Oana Lungescu in a statement. (****I am sure NATO regrets that they didn’t kill all Libyan Civilians)
NATO began a military campaign against Libya in March 2011 after the UN Security Council approved a resolution, authorizing force by whatever means necessary, except a ground invasion, to “protect civilians” in Libya. (****Not a DAY before the oil export contracts were expired)
From March 19, 2011 to October 31, 2011, NATO warplanes reportedly carried out some 26,000 sorties, including over 9,600 strike missions.
The primary justification for intervention in Libya by NATO was because “there were severe human rights abuses” under Gaddafi’s rule. These claims were in reality, far fetched and laughable, because Libya probably had far better human rights than any other country in Africa. What YOU were told by those Mainstream Media fanatics including all those so called “human rights” groups like Amnesty International(which is no doubt another front controlled by the Elite), were all either fabricated lies or deliberately exaggerated for the justified NATO intervention.
This damning piece of evidence(dated 4th January 2011) from theUN Human Rights website whichclearly shows undeniable proof that there was absolutely NO EVIDENCE of serious Human Right’s abuses as accused by NATO and UN presently.
The people in Libya were oppressed MY ASS! This country sounds like the American dream which the people of America never had!
And just to note, almost EVERY country in Africa today is dependent on Foreign Aid, except Libya (during Gaddafi’s rule). This will be further analysed later in the thread.
Libya and Gaddafi was FRAMED for the Lockerbie Bombing. END OFF. This was probably one of the EARLIEST LIES to frame Gaddafi and socially engineer the public’s perception of him.
This is based on the premise that key evidence presented at the trial (e.g. timer fragment, parts from a specific radio cassette model, clothing bought in Malta, bomb suitcase originating at Luqa Airport) was deliberately fabricated by the U.S. and Britain for the “political” purpose of incriminating Libya.
Why?
Because of all the reasons stated above and below. Libya was bad for Big business and Big Banking, so something had to be done – like the Lockerbie Bombing, so that lies could be fabricatedand Gaddafi could be demonised over the years until his death.
Even though Gaddafi was never involved in the Lockerbie Bombing, recently the mainstream media is jumping around the fact that he somehow “was”.
LIE 4: “Gaddafi wanted to become the king of Africa and enslave all the people”
On the contrary, Gaddafi wanted a more united Africa…an Africa which was independent of Western interference and exploitation.
You ever wonder why the billions of $$ in Aid never actually helpthe people of Africa in the long term? Because its bad for big business. Simple as that.
If you start getting a stronger Africa both economically and politically, then Big Multinational Corporations would literally be BANKRUPT, DEAD and ERADICATED over night.
Why?
Because their business models literally WORK AND DEPEND on SLAVERY.
Pay some African kid less than a dollar a dayto make shoes, and then sell the shoes for $50 in the market. 5000% profit made. Most of it goes to the board of directors not because they are doing good business – but because THEY CAN benefit by exploiting the African people and smacking the “Fair Trade” label on everything so that when we the consumer buy stuff, do not have to feel guilty about buying products made in Third World Countries. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/comment/columnists/janetdaley/3555412/Forget-Fairtrade-only-free-trade-can-help-poor.html
LIE 5: “The wealth of Gaddafi will be redistributed to the people of Libya”
And this is it folks, the biggest lie ever told in the history of Libya (and to the World as well) – “The wealth of Gaddafi will be redistributed to the people of Libya”.
Even if you may still have doubts whether Gaddafi was really the Good guy or not, theres no DENYING about the fact the sole reason why NATO intervened in Libya was due to Economical reasons.
Why punish the banks during an economic crisis when you can easily profit from a war based on a lie?
Some believe it is about protecting civilians, others say it is about oil, but some are convinced intervention in Libya is all about Gaddafi’s plan to introduce the gold dinar, a single African currency made from gold, a true sharing of the wealth.
“It’s one of these things that you have to plan almost in secret, because as soon as you say you’re going to change over from the dollar to something else, you’re going to be targeted,” says Ministry of Peace founder Dr James Thring. “There were two conferences on this, in 1986 and 2000, organized by Gaddafi. Everybody was interested, most countries in Africa were keen.” Gaddafi did not give up. In the months leading up to the military intervention, he called on African and Muslim nations to join together to create this new currency that would rival the dollar and euro. They would sell oil and other resources around the world only for gold dinars. It is an idea that would shift the economic balance of the world.
That’s right folks, Gaddafi wanted OUT of the International Banking Scam which was (still is) gripping the World. The Elite couldn’t have that, so they started a couple of false flag protests, added a pinch of Al Qaeda militantsto create bloodshed to make every sap in the World believeGaddafi was killing his people, and then finally justify military intervention in the name of “FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY”.
As you can see, Libya was truly a far better country before this Illegal Civil War and NATO interference.
I pray for the people in Libya now because most of this wealth of Gaddafi “being redistributed”, will mostly go to the Big Banking firms and Multinationals immediately as “debt to be paid”.
And yeah, remember those words: FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY.
I’m sure that is something we people here in the West VERY MUCH wish to have right now.

“A man may die, nations may rise and fall, but an idea lives on” — John F. Kennedy
Recently we celebrated the first anniversary of the beginning of the revolution. A few months ago, the Secretary-General of NATO, Rasmussen, announced that the “mission” in Libya was “one of the most successful missions in the history of NATO”. However, in many parts of the country, armed militias rule so that the tensions and violence increased.
Operation Protector unified (Unified Protector), as it has been called NATO’s war against Libya, officially on January 31, 2011.We read on the web site of NATO as “the Mission of the Alliance to protect civilians from attacks or threats had been completed.”
That sounds like a bit of time in a memorable experience of San May 2003 when President Bush decided too fast “mission accomplished” the words of its aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln. Saddam Hussein fell. However, a few years later will seem the country ended in chaos with so many massacres.
Given that the mission successfully with “success”, there is a silence on the side of NATO. Four months after the change of power, it seems that Libya has fallen into the hands of hundreds of militiamen who took the reins. The problem is known in the headquarters of the West, but we prefer not to talk too much.It supported militias and even armed by NATO and its allies in their fight against the Libyan regime. When the Minister of Foreign Affairs Belgian, Didier Reynders, visited the country in early February, he pledged to free up funds to help disarm. So, he said, the Minister found that it was too dangerous to spend the night and then continued his journey to Tunisia.
A recent report of Amnesty International (AI) gives a little positive situation in the country. The situation is “out of control”, summarizes the Organization of human rights. According to the report, hundreds of armed militia, acting separately, outside the authority of the central Government. Their actions and their refusal to disarm the threat of destabilizing the country. Militias regularly come into conflict with each other causing several dead and wounded. It speaks of ‘thousands’ of prisoners suspected of being supporters of Gaddafi. Many of them are mistreated and tortured, whereas in some cases, death.
The report of Amnesty International is not a surprise. Therefore, it was discovered that former Ambassador at France, Brebesh Omar, was killed by one of the militias after his arrest. According to the autopsy report, died of wounds that could not receive that same time in prison.
Doctors without borders (MSF) had already denounced the situation. In January, the Organization announced that you retreating to its medical personnel from the detention centre in Misrata: torture hundreds of prisoners had been tested. According to MSF, the Organization had to sew the prisoners being abused again.
Another known fact: persecution, violence and even ethnic cleansing of the black population. Black’s 30,000 residents of Tawargha were expelled from the city during the war, still cannot return due to the militias from the neighboring city of Misrata prevent them. Then, thousands of residents fled their homes, especially in the Nefoussa mountains Syirte and Walid Bani. They are always targeted for their alleged support to the Gaddafi regime.
Libya as a State no longer exists. Not only the National Council of transition (CNT) has no control over their armed militia, that shows even the refusal to disarm and put them under his authority. On the other hand, no action was carried out to examine the crimes. Therefore, no analysis was carried out in 65 bodies found at a hotel in Sirte, despite a wealth of evidence on managers exist.
A report from the International Crisis Group (ICG), gives equally pleasant small picture of the situation and feared a fragmentation of the country. The ICG believes that militias have around 125,000 weapons and that now “it has been institutionalised”. Take several actions to take, regardless of whether the central Government, as the registration of persons and detention and detention of alleged perpetrators. The disappearance of central authority and the fact that military operations during the war took place at the low level, are the political landscape is full of tensions. Gaddafi who have overcome the opposition and were then mobilized against their former leaders, loyalists are now accused by the revolutionaries belonging to the old order. In different places, in Bani Walid or Kufra, there have been several armed clashes between the tribes. A Kufra in the South of Libya, there were more than 100 fatalities, according to the AFP news agency. There were also tensions between religious and secular Islamists. Since the beginning of the war, the radical Islamists have used the situation to arm themselves in stores without protection and the desert. According to the Algerian secret service, many modern weapons would fall into the hands of Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb.
According to the ICG, a heavy mortgage on the future of Libya. Many Libyans may lose faith in the political process, unless the CNT is to retake control over the militias. It seems that NATO has become to declare victory prematurely.
He stands as a shining example of a great leader who is not cut and run from their own country, to save only his own life, when his country and even his own person and life are under threat huge enemy from the outside.
Against all odds against him, leader Gaddafi, showed the world that he was really willing to sacrifice his own life, by what he believed, when challenging and courageously stood up and fought against the combined enemies and the invaders of their country of Libya.
A celebration of an international day of Muammar Gaddafi will remind to all peoples of the world, to establish their values and goals in life in a higher order, which has nothing to do with material values alone.
Therefore, the visionary leader of Muamma r foot of Justice, equality and libertadpara his Libyan people and their African peoples as well as for all oppressed peoples of our world.
Therefore the world should meet and hold a day of the Qaddafi Muammar, in its Honer and in recognition of his immense contribution to our world.
Great Honorable leader Muammar Gaddafi, has been and will always remain a symbol of Justice, honour and freedom in the new world.
The Libyan victims of aerial bombardment
They even claim justice and reparation
WASHINGTON, Mar 19, 2012 (IPS) – Amnesty International (AI) published a scathing report last week calling for an investigation into the deaths of civilians in air strikes during the 2011 the NATO-led military intervention in Libya, which began on Monday a year ago.
“It is deeply disappointing that more than four months since the end of the military campaign, victims and relatives of those killed in NATO air raids remain in the dark about what happened and who was responsible,” Donatella Rovera, researcher at Amnesty International, a human rights group the defence based on the United States.UU., said in astatement Thursday. ”officials of repeatedly underlined NATO occasions its commitment to protect civilians.” now they can not overlook the deaths of dozens of civilians with somewhat vague declaration of repentance, without properly investigating these fatal incidents. ”
The report comes as a growing number of countries are asking for a similar intervention in Syria. It is said that after interviewing witnesses and relatives of the victims, the researchers found that 55 civilians, including 16 children, were killed during the military campaign, and has not offered repair or even the promise of a thorough investigation by officials of the National Council of transition of NATO or Libya. Many of the civilian deaths as a result of direct impacts on households in residential areas where “AI, experts from the UN, other international non-governmental organizations and journalists found no evidence of military objectives in places of strike at the time of the strike”, according to the report. seven NATO’s month-long “Operation Protector unified”, began on March 19, 2011 and participated nearly 9,700 exits, or attack missions, and destroyed roughly 5,000 targets military, according to NATO officials. Russia and China, two permanent members of the UN Security Councilwho have expressed grave doubts both about the rationale and effectiveness of possible military intervention in Syria, abstained in the vote on March 2011 in Libya.
espite the completion of the judicial mandate of NATO to carry out the operations of Libya in October 2011, the report questioned the decision of NATO to give up an investigation into the deaths of civilians during the campaign and its refusal to disclose detailed information about strikes involving the killing of civilians that have already been compiled internally. NATO officials responded to a question of AI in the deaths of civilians with a letter saying:
“While NATO did everything possible to minimize the risk to civilians, in a complex military operation that the risk cannot be reduced to zero.” NATO deeply regrets the damage that may have been caused by the airstrikes “.”"The NATO response amounts to refusing to take responsibility for their actions.” ”Is left to the victims and their families feel they have been forgotten and have no access to justice”, he added Rovera. Earlier this month, the International Commission of the United Nationsof Libya research unveiled its full report on crimes of war and against humanity that took place before and after March 2011 resolution the UNSC that allows “all measures necessary to protect the civilians”.
On a few occasions, the Commission confirmed civilian casualties and found the objectives that did not show any evidence of military utility.” The Committee was unable to reach conclusions in these cases, on the basis of the information provided by NATO and recommends more research “, wrote the authors.”Rights human Watch, another organization with headquarters in the United States.UU., praised the report, in particular its conclusion that “international crimes, in particular crimes against humanity and war crimes, were committed by the forces of Gaddafi in Libya”, and agreed that further research in the NATO operation was inappropriate.
“Human RightsWatch asks NATO to investigate cases civilians Libyans were killed because of their attacks during the campaign of the year…” NATO took extensive measures to minimize civilian casualties and the number of victims is relatively low.
