Germany requests from its nationals in Libya to depart immediately

Germany requests from its nationals in Libya to depart immediately

The Gaddafi International News Agency – Germany.

German foreign nationals are called for in Libya to depart  rapidly and immediately without any delay.

This comes after a huge explosion rocked the city of Benghazi, a car bomb yesterday in front of Galaa Hospital, which has inflicted dozens of dead and wounded.

The several Western embassies have left Libya since the unrest weeks because of security and instability gripping the country more than two years ago. Among these embassies. U.S. embassy and the French, British, Australian and others.

The Mediterranean Union: NATO’s Role in Conquering the Middle East and North Africa

In the first portion of this text, the longstanding plans for creating a Mediterranean Union, which predate Nicolas Sarkozy by many years, were revealed as were U.S. and E.U. efforts to turn the Middle East and North Africa into free trade zones and economic territories. The implementation of this project was planned through the 1995 Barcelona Process and the U.S. Middle East Free Trade Area (MEFTA).

Franco-German plans for extending the borders of the European Union in synchronization with the “Global War on Terror” were also discussed. The case of Libya was also discussed to expose the hypocrisy behind the economic agendas of the E.U. and U.S. that hide behind humanitarian causes and human rights. Finally the earlier portion of this text also confirmed the roles of Germany and the European Union as a whole in establishing the Mediterranean Union.

NATO Expansion in the Mediterranean: Paving the Way for E.U. Enlargement

France and Germany are partners in the Anglo-American wars and the Project for the “New Middle East.” This is not a recent development, this is the resumption of the strategic understanding that existed between the Franco-German and Anglo-American sides before the Bush Jr. Administration seemed to have diverged from Anglo-American geo-strategy. The global military deployments of Germany, France, Spain, and Italy coincide with statements of expanding the European Union’s security borders, which can in turn be equated to expanding the European Union’s sphere of influence.

 the-project-for-the-new-middle-east-1

In 2004 and 2007 E.U. expansion followed the NATO expansion of the 1990s eastward in the European continent. This pattern sets a methodological precedent that should be acknowledged with some value. This same NATO-E.U. template of expansion is also being applied in the Middle East and North Africa. This modus operandi of military-political expansion is also noted by Bzezinski: “In July [1997] Poland, the Czech Republic, and Hungary were officially invited to join NATO. Invitations to the Baltic [Republics; Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia], Romania, and Bulgaria soon followed. This expansion made Europe’s own expansion logical and unavoidable. With the former European Community having redefined itself as the European Union, Europeans themselves decided that it made no sense to exclude their newly democratic [neighbours] — already tied through NATO to both the United States and the European Union — from actual [European Union] membership.” [1]

However Brzezinski’s casual rationalization of NATO and E.U. expansion and his bumbling effort to casually link them as if it all was an unplanned accident that presented a sensible response is false. If this was true then why has, hereto in 2008, Turkey been denied E.U. membership since the creation of the European Union? The answer is that NATO and E.U. expansion were pre-planned objectives in Eastern Europe.

The Franco-German and Anglo-American agenda in the Mediterranean explains several other international developments and realities. Firstly, the objective of forming a bloc in the Mediterranean explain the earlier expansion of NATO in the area through what NATO terms the “Mediterranean Dialogue.” This so-called Mediterranean Dialogue is part of NATO’s “Mediterranean Initiative.” The framework of this relationship creates a de facto extension of NATO, which includes Israel as an informal member. Morocco, Algeria, Mauritania, Tunisia, Egypt, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and Israel are all members of NATO’s Mediterranean Initiative. The only Arab nations in the Mediterranean littoral that are excluded are Libya, Syria, and Lebanon. Through this mechanism the Mediterranean Sea has virtually become a NATO lake, almost surrounded entirely by NATO members or de facto NATO members. Albania and the coastline of the former Yugoslavia off the shore of the Adriatic Sea are also controlled by NATO.

Secondly, the German naval and French land commands over NATO troops on Lebanese soil and off the Lebanese shore are explained by the categorizing of the Mediterranean as an area under Franco-German management. It should also be noted that it was in 2001 that the E.U., particularly the French, started talking about sending troops under the banner of NATO into the Eastern Mediterranean, in particular Palestine.

Mediterranean and NATO

Israel to join the E.U. and NATO

The exclusion of Syria and Lebanon from NATO’s Mediterranean network can be used to explain the next point. Syria is the last Arab state in the Middle East that is independent in its policy making. Both Syria and Lebanon are slated to fall under the authority of Franco-German interests and the political sphere of the European Union. This is what the Israeli war against Lebanon in 2006 sought to partially accomplish.

The post-mortem facts of the 2006 Israeli aerial siege against Lebanon show that Syria was also an intended Israeli target. However, Israel was unable to attack Syria and hesitated because of its failures in Lebanon and Iranian threats to intervene militarily if Israel attacked Syria.

Strategic planners within the U.S., Israel, the E.U., and NATO have also formulated several contingency plans to partition Syria and Lebanon under several alternative arrangments and maps. This is part of the broader objective to control the coastline of the Eastern Mediterranean as well as both the Middle East and North Africa.

As NATO solidifies, its military presence in the western outer periphery of the “Arc of Instability,” the governments of France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and other E.U. members have also started close security dialogues with Tel Aviv over Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, and Iran. [2] Israel not only has a relationship within a multilateral framework with NATO, it also has strong bilateral ties with Brussels that were deepened in 2004.

images (16)

It is not by chance that Israel is a partner in Operation Active Endeavour, the force that has spawned the NATO naval armada off the coasts of Syria and Lebanon. [3] Nor is it coincidental that Israel announced it would fully participated in NATO naval exercises in May of 2006, right before attacking Lebanon. [4] This was under the pretext of a so-called “Iranian threat.”

Starting in August, 2007 Israeli ships have joined NATO warships in the Eastern Mediterranean, Red Sea, and Black Sea in full naval cooperation. [5] This has been marked by joint Israeli-NATO exercises that have taken place in the Red Sea and the Black Sea.

It should be noted that minesweepers have participated in the inaugural Israeli-NATO naval exercises. This alludes to possible action against Iran in the Persian Gulf. Many establishment figures in Germany, including those from the German Green Party, have also called for the inclusion of Israel into NATO as a full member. [6]

According to Avigdor Lieberman, an important figure in Israeli politics, “Israel’s diplomatic and security goal…must be clear: joining NATO and entering the European Union.” This is considered as the strategic path that Israel must take. [7]

Israel is expected to eventually join the European Union. The E.U.’s enlargement is tied into the process of NATO expansion. Israel and the E.U. will both manage, from an economic and political standpoint, the western outer periphery of the “Arc of Instability” under the framework of a Mediterranean Union.

Western Energy Security, NATO, Israel, and the Bigger Picture

The Mediterranean Union is tied to “energy security.” It is a process towards the economic domination of the Mediterranean by the European Union.

images (17)The balkanization of Lebanon and Syria serve the interests of Western energy corporations, amongst a host of other interests. The envisioned redrawn borders for the Middle East that are tied to the Mediterranean Union and the Project for the “New Middle East” are designed to secure energy corridors, “pacify” the region’s population, and ultimately set the stage for the economic colonization of the new weaker states.

Israeli security concerns through the Yinon Plan would be integrated into the equation, but only because of the regional security role Tel Aviv serves for the U.S. and the European Union.

This process of dividing and economically absorbing is similar to the pattern imposed in the former Yugoslavia by the Franco-German entente and the Anglo-American alliance through the E.U. and NATO.

Aside from neutralizing Iran and its allies in the Middle East, the main themes of the Herzliya Conference of 2008 in Israel were Israeli-NATO and Israeli-E.U. relations and integration. The latent role of Tel Aviv acting as a guarantor of energy security for the European Union and NATO was also an object of important discussions.

The February 2008 issue of Commentary Magazine, the official periodical of the American Jewish Committee, has also proposed in an article by Norman Podhoretz that Israel could launch a devastating pre-emptive nuclear attack against Iran and Israel’s Arab neighbours (including the countries of Arab regimes allied to Israel and NATO like Egypt) and militarily occupy the oil fields, refineries, and naval ports of the Persian Gulf countries to establish energy security. [8]

The pieces of the grand strategy unfolding over the strategic map are becoming clearer. Podhoretz asserts that Israel could liquidate large populations in the Middle East (“tens of millions”) and that Israel could virtually annex energy-rich areas in the Persian Gulf. The substance of these diabolical statements emanate from an American think-tank, the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), which is closely linked to the formulation of the U.S. foreign policy and military agenda in the Middle East.

images (18) These statements and notions from Norman Podhoretz and the Center for Strategic and International Studies act as a window of insight into the thoughts of the Anglo-American establishment and its European and Israeli partners. There is also a link between the concept that Israel could militarily occupy the oil fields of the Persian Gulf and the 2008 Herzliya Conference’s discussions about Israel acting as an agent of E.U. and NATO energy security.

The 2006 Riga Summit illustrates the full scope of the strategic objectives of NATO in securing energy resources in the Middle East, North Africa, and the former Soviet Union. In 2006, during NATO’s Riga Summit in Latvia, which included Israel, energy security was also a major theme; energy security was discussed to the point where it was pushed forward as an Article 5 (Mutual Defence Clause) issue. [9] If the case of Iraq were not enough, it is clear that a real and dangerous intent exists within the U.S., the E.U., and Israel to take control of the energy resources of other nations through force.

The Divided Political-Military Relations that exist in Europe are Replicated in the Mediterranean

images (19)

NATO’s Mediterranean Dialogue, which began in 1994, and the 1995 Barcelona Declaration are the mechanisms for creating a Mediterranean Union.

The Barcelona Declaration pertains to the economic aspects of this proposed regional body and NATO’s Mediterranean Dialogue represents the underlying military framework. It was in 2007 under Nicolas Sarkozy that the political framework was unveiled. It is obvious that this has been a calculated endevour that has been thought through in advance many years earlier without the knowlegde of the general public.

While NATO has already started the military integration of Israel, followed by the nations of North Africa and Jordon, a relationship with the E.U. serves to integrate these nations gradually through political association. It should also be noted that military ties are easier to implement between autocratic and supposedly democratic countries than political harmonization. E.U. and American principles on human rights are often used to challenge countries that do not conform to the economic tenets of the New World Order. The hidden face of globalization is exposed through the military-political brinkmanship, which invariably support an economic objective.

images (20)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         In the Mediterranean, there exists a divided, but inter-linked, military and political relationship. What is taking place is the replication of the same military-political relationship that allowed America through NATO to exert its influence in Europe.

Just like in the E.U., NATO’s framework in the Mediterranean region ensures that France and Germany do not monopolize the Mediterranean Union. [10]

Israel and Israeli influence will be projected into the Mediterranean to exert additional leverage on behalf of America and Britain. The inclusion of Israel is to guarantee Anglo-American influence. The joint Anglo-American and Franco-German roles and interests in the Mediterranean also explains the Anglo-American and Franco-German deals with Libya, which is an illustration of their shared economic interests. On top of all this, the placement of an American military base in Vicenzaa, Italy is tied to securing Anglo-American interests within the projected framework of a Mediterranean Union.

Europe and Mediterranean Region

NATO and the Persian Gulf: Rivalry with the Eurasian Heartland?

The divided European military-political relationship, which is being replicated in the Mediterranean, can also be observed in the Persian Gulf where NATO and NATO members have military and security agreements with Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states. Moreover, the GCC is creating a common market with a similar structure to the proposed bloc in the Mediterranean. The GCC common market is also slated for gradual amalgamate with the E.U. and the Mediterranean Union.

The E.U. has had a formal relationship with the GCC since 1988 and NATO initiated ties starting with the Istanbul Cooperation Initiative in 2004.

However, the process that has been underway in the Mediterranean is being fast-forwarded in the Persian Gulf. This could be because of a possible threat from the rising strength of the players in the Eurasian Heartland. Iran, Russia, and China are now engaging the GCC in economic as well military affairs.

images (21)

During a conference in Bahrain, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Saltanov called for the creation of a new collective security arrangement in the Persian Gulf and the Middle East, which would include Iran and could include Russia. [11] According to Chinese reports, Saudi Arabia and China have also had discussions on establishing military ties. [12]

The members of the GCC, which are all members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) aside from Oman, are clearly being tempted to switch camps. Both Washington, D.C. and Brussels are concerned by the overtures made to the GCC and the Arab World by Iran, Russia, and China. The U.S. National Director of Intelligence, Michael McConnell has even warned the U.S. Congress in an annual assessment that Russia, China, and all of the members of OPEC, which includes Iran and Venezuela, all represent growing financial threats to American supremacy. [13]

Plans for establishing a petro-rubble system for energy payments have also been the subject of numerous exchanges between Russia, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). This project, if realized, would challenge the financial centres of the U.S. and the European Union.

NATO, E.U., and U.S. military forces are deployed over a vast area: from West Africa, Central and East Africa to the Balkans, the Middle East, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and a large portion of the Indian Ocean.

Brute force is being used as the muscle behind neo-liberal economic policies. NATO is playing a major role in enforcing the establishment of the Mediterranean Union and the creation of the “New Middle East.”

These objectives are part of the reality behind NATO’s document Towards a Grand Strategy for an Uncertain World. The NATO document also puts a concept into the limelight that is being discussed by E.U. and U.S. officials: the amalgamation of the military assets of the U.S., the E.U., and NATO into one streamlined military body. [14] It is clear that the primary function of the military has been to aid economic objectives and the case is no different in regards to NATO’s role in the conquest of the Middle East, North Africa, and beyond.

General Wesley Clark reveals the US plan to invade and take over 7 countries, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Lybia, Somalia, Sudan, And Iran, before we even invaded Afghanistan. The first part of the plan was revealed 10 days after 9/11 and was expanded to included the other nations. Clark is quoted as saying the invasion wasn’t based on links to Al-Qaeda or any other intelligence reports but just because the US has an army that is great at taking over other nations.

[Wesley Clark] About ten days after 9/11 I went to the Pentagon and I saw secretary Rumsfield and Deputy Secretary Wolfweitz.

I went downstairs to see some of the staff who used to work for me and one of the Generals called me in and said “Sir, you have got to come in. Come in, you have got to come in and talk to me a second.”

I said “Well, you’re too busy”.

He said, “No, No, we have made the decision to go to war with Iraq”. This was on or about the 20th of September [2001].

I said “We are going to war with Iraq? Why” [emphasis added].

He said, “I don’t know” [crowd laughs]

He said, “I guess they don’t know what else to do”. [crowd boos].

So I said “Well, did they find come information connecting Saddam to Al-Queda?”

He said, “No, No. There is nothing new that way, they just made the decision to go to war with Iraq.

He said, “I guess its like, we don’t know what to do about terrorists but we have a good military and we can take down governments”

So I came back to see him a few weeks later and by that time we were bombing in Afghanistan.

I said “Are we still going to war with Iraq?”

And he said “Oh, its worse than that.”

He reached over on his desk and picked up a piece of paper.

He said, “I just got this down from upstairs from the Secretary of Defense’s office today. This is a memo that describes how we are going to take out 7 countries in 5 years.”

“Starting with Iraq, then Syria and Lebanon. Then Libya, Somalia and Sudan. Then finishing off Iran.”

[Amy Goodman] “Go Through the countries again.” [crowd laughs]

[Wesley Clark] “Well starting off with Iraq, then Syria and Lebanon, and Libya, Somalia and Sudan. and back to Iran.”

Leader Speech (Part 4): Warning to People of Libya

Leader Speech (Part 4): Warning to People of Libya

From: Mathaba

Image: chart of People`s Power

December 5 (mathaba) The Leader, Teacher-Thinker of the Green Charter International Revolutionary Committees Movement is giving a wide-ranging speech in English language addressed to the world-wide movement of revolutionary committees. (See related links below for other parts of the speech).

Everything was already written in The Green Book. But many of you chose not to read it or not to take it seriously. We already warned of an age of anarchy and demagoguery if the Authority of the People should relapse. For years, it has been relapsing, and you isolated me and gave us false information.

You brought people to conferences and showed videos of those conferences and gave false reports. Nothing you did was true. You held up The Green Book and shouted slogans and then you forgot those powerful slogans. After that you shouted Allah, Muammar, Libya and that is all.

What happened to the Al-Fateh and its principles of Unity, Socialism and Freedom? You abandoned it. Did you understand what has been said all these years, about the need to seize power by the people again as the Libyan masses had been sidelined and excluded from power, while the corrupt were brought in to steal?

Yet instead of rising up to seize back power, you sought to exact revenge against perceived enemies while doing the bidding of Satan and the biggest enemy of all became your friend and supporter, you served Satan while proclaiming loudly that God is Great.

What are you doing to free the political prisoners? Why do you lack imagination? Is it only by attacking the prisons that you think you will be able to free the prisoners? Those heavily guarded prisons, while you have insufficient weapons?

Did you not learn from history? Did you not listen? Libya is not Libya any more, it is open country for every criminal in the world. Every capitalist company can freely come to Libya and avoid the paying of taxes, providing services to other foreign capitalist companies without declaring their real income neither here nor abroad.

They take, take, take, stealing the wealth of Libya, Africa, Muslims. They do so with impunity. Yet you leave them alone, you have not attacked one single one of these vultures. As we said, Libya is not Libya, so the world is also open to you: what does Allah say in the Quran that you will be asked on the Day of Judgement? Was the Earth not wide enough for you to migrate?

Who said you have to be sitting in Tunisia or Egypt, waiting for a new Qadhafi to come out of nowhere, when you are not deserving. The price you are paying today is one you fully deserve. Are you saying Allah is unjust? All things are known and all things have their reason. This is al-Qadr. It is your just rewards.

Those companies which are stealing your wealth and making you slave in your own countries do not recognize the borders of Libya, so why should you? Strike them wherever you find them, they don’t operate only in Libya. Regroup in sanctuary wherever you can. Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Moldova, you have endless possibilities.

When you are struck down in your homes, when you did nothing but appease the devil, why are you appealing to reason? Do you think the false organizations that we have all exposed long ago are going to come and help you? Don’t you wish to free your families from the prisons, from poverty and despair, from ignominy?

What are you waiting for? Why are you hiding in the shadows? Which countries have occupied your land, raped your mothers and stolen your wealth? Do they include some forty countries in Europe and elsewhere? Which are those countries? Did you make a list? Did you determine which one of them citizens are innocent as they are opposed to their regimes? And which ones are supportive?

Are you making excuses for the ignorant, when everyone is born with a brain to think, eyes to see and ears to hear? Is it not a fact that people are willingly blind and deaf because they are selfish? So why should you spare them? Grab them wherever you can, and trade your prisoners one white for one hundred of your family.

Soon the prisons will be emptied, if you were to adopt this strategy. What do you think would happen if Libya had occupied France, or Italy or Britain or Qatar? Do you think they would do as you are or would they be hunting every Libyan in every remote location and making them pay a price until their families are released?

Did you not learn from the example of Vietnam? Of what happened in Iraq, Afghanistan? Yes, some of you want to turn Libya into Afghanistan. But that is the deranged minority that rules without any brain nor heart, content to follow fake religious edicts like slave machines without any thought process.

Yet what of you rats, revolutionaries or rebels? What are you looking for? Are you not seeking the very same things that we all seek, prosperity, wealth, justice, accountability, power, ownership of the means of production, share in the production, share of the national wealth, participation in decision-making, consensus?

Are you not seeking peace, security, stability, prosperity? Did you think that this will be achieved by your current methods or do you see that all you ask for is exactly what is in fact Jamahriya? Is not a rose a rose by any other name? But you fight each other and will get nothing, because you are divided.

You swallowed the simple propaganda of the enemy who has a clear plan to occupy not only Libya but all of Africa. You fell for the simple trinity of “Constitution, Flag, Anthem”. These are the false trappings of traditional state apparatus, with government on the one side and the people on the other.

Did you not realize that there is already the perfect Constitution? Is the Holy Qur’an not sufficient for you? You want to interpret it and lay down rules for all that only a few participate in shaping? Or do you want to instead take the Qur’an, study it and apply it. Read al-Shura. The people’s conferences are the way to implement shura (consultation), how else? Call them donkey or rat conferences if you prefer, but conference together is the ONLY way for Shura.

Instead you create groups, movements, brigades, parties, all of which run counter to the Holy Qur’an with the reality that Shura can only be exercised by all the free people who have not been convicted and sentenced for crimes, and this can only occur in People’s Conferences even if by any other name.

Did you not realize that there is already a flag, but not one that contains emblems that satisfy always only a minority while enraging others? Did you decide that you hate green and so you will destroy all the grass, the mountains, stop eating salad, wear anything but green, and delete the green colour?

What is wrong with the colour? It is the colour of Islam, of hope, of peace, of tranquillity of the environment, of life. Anyone can make a flag out of green cloth and fly it without going to a shop or special authority and this is the idea of people’s power and not a state or symbol that represents a group or limited complication.

What is wrong with “Allahu Akbar” as our anthem? Is it not universal? Is that your problem also, like the flag, you want to limit it to make you feel special as a Libyan or as your tribal affiliation rather than as a Muslim? Do you think Allah recognizes the borders of Libya or your nationality or your passport?

Why do you shout Allahu Akbar when committing the most heinous of crimes, while you cringe from the people’s anthem that was played in the Jamahiriya.

It is time for you to wake up, but you have to learn the hard way. You had to destroy everything so that you could claim you built something. But you’ve built nothing. And you will build nothing. You cannot build without a plan and you have no plan.

For this reason the revolutionary committees must seize the initiative. You must make a Comprehensive Strategy. This must include many issues and areas such as political prisoners, human rights, democracy, Jamahiriya legitimacy, revolutionary warfare, liberation, regional and universal relations, power, unity, socialism, freedom.

You must form the General Emergency Committee of the Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and work toward a Greater Jamahiriya. There is no such thing as the end of the Jamahiriya simply because most of its functions have been suspended by war, imprisonment, murder and intimidation.

This simply means a suspension: all the laws and decisions remain as at the last time the people could convene in their people’s conferences in late 2010. Since then, the Libyan people have been prevented from decision-making and forced to accept elections that excluded the majority from participation.

We don’t need any elections, nor will we contest in those elections, to do so is a fallacious reformist solution, not a real solution. We have over 6,000 people’s conferences open to all the Libyan masses and which have not been allowed to convene since the war and imposition of dictatorship of the minority.

The General Emergency Committee of the Great Jamahiriya will consist of those authorities who are still free, and will simply continue the Jamahiriya legitimacy as all the agreements regarding legal issues, relations, properties, assets, are still intact and legal, signed under Jamahiriya and still valid as Jamahiriya.

Those officials and others who are prevented from carrying out the proper functions should gather in Venezuela where you will find the assistance, security and facility to continue the Jamahiriya legitimacy at the international level, and extend the borders of the Great Jamahiriya under occupation to a Greater Jamahiriya including other free people’s.

As to the revolutionary committees movement, you should shun your old methods which only obtained the false international support of a few fake revolutionary committees based upon what money they could get from Libya. Instead you should join the genuine international movement and work with it.

Create your new platform and publication and join the International Green March which you previously destroyed after its success, join as equals with other Jamahiriya citizens, and devise and publish the Comprehensive Strategy (of Jamahiriya).

You are not alone in the world of people seeking liberation from the clutches of globalisation, capitalism and tyranny. But you have to stand up and be counted.

The Global Elite Are Hiding 18 Trillion Dollars In Offshore Banks

The Global Elite Are Hiding 18 Trillion Dollars In Offshore Banks

money

In recent days, the fact that Mitt Romney has millions of dollars parked down in the Cayman Islands has made headlines all over the world.  But when it comes to offshore banking, what Mitt Romney is doing is small potatoes.  The truth is that the global elite are hiding an almost unbelievable amount of money in offshore banks.

According to shocking research done by the IMF, the global elite are holding a total of 18 trillion dollars in offshore banks.  And that figure does not even count any money being held in Switzerland.  That is a staggering amount of money.  Keep in mind that U.S. GDP in 2010 was only 14.58 trillion dollars.  So why do the global elite go to such trouble to hide their money in offshore banks?  Well, there are two main reasons.  One is privacy and the other is low taxation.

Privacy is a big issue for those that are involved in illegal enterprises such as drug running, but the biggest reason why people move money into offshore banks is in order to avoid taxes.  Some set up bank accounts in foreign nations because they want to legally minimize their taxes and others set up bank accounts in foreign nations because they want to illegally avoid taxes.  You would be absolutely amazed at what some large corporations and wealthy individuals do to get out of paying taxes.  Unfortunately, the vast majority of the rest of us don’t have the resources or the knowledge to play these games, so we get taxed into oblivion.

So why do they call it “offshore banking”?

Well, the term originally developed because the banks on the Channel Islands were “offshore” from the United Kingdom.  Most “offshore banks” are still located on islands today.  The Cayman Islands, Bermuda, the Bahamas, and the Isle of Man are examples of this.  Other “offshore banking centers” such as Monaco are actually not “offshore” at all, but the term applies to them anyway.

Traditionally, these offshore banking centers have been very attractive to both criminals and to the global elite because they would not tell anyone (including governments) about the money that anyone had parked there.

These days some governments (particularly the U.S. government) are trying to change this, but we certainly will not see the end of offshore banking any time soon.

The amount of money that goes through these offshore banks is absolutely astounding.

It has been estimated that 80 percent of all international banking transactions take place through these offshore banks.  $1.4 trillion is being held in offshore banks in the Cayman Islands alone.

One article in the Guardian estimated that a third of all the wealth on the entire globe is being held in offshore banks, and others believe that as much as half of all the capital in the world flows through offshore banks at some point.

Obviously, all of this tax avoidance means that governments around the world are missing out on a whole lot of money.

It has been estimated that the U.S. government is missing out on $100 billion a year because of these offshore banks.  Others would put that figure significantly higher.

Avoiding taxes is a game that the global elite have mastered.  They are playing a whole different ballgame than you and I are.  They don’t just sit there like idiots and get blasted with taxes.  Instead, they hire the best experts and they employ every trick in the book to hold on to as much money as they possibly can.

These days, taking advantage of offshore tax havens is not that complicated to do.  The following is from a recent Politico article….

A plausible scenario plays out like this: I hire an accountant. Doing her job, my accountant tells me that if I sign a few legal documents and route my money through a small Caribbean island, I could keep more of my paycheck and pay a lower tax rate. I may have earned my money in the United States, but legally I can claim that it was, in fact, earned in a tax haven.

If it is legal, perhaps more of us should look into this.

After all, if playing these kinds of games is good enough for Mitt Romney, then why isn’t it good enough for all the rest of us?

During a campaign stop recently, Romney said the following….

“I can tell you we follow the tax laws”

I certainly believe him when he says that.  But it is what he said next that is troubling….

“And if there’s an opportunity to save taxes, we like anybody else in this country will follow that opportunity.”

I certainly believe him when he says that too.

ABC News recently revealed that Bain Capital has established an astounding 138 different offshore funds in the Cayman Islands.

Something has got to work pretty well to want to do it 138 times.

But Bain Capital was also very busy over in other offshore banking centers as well.

One of the largest shell companies that Bain set up down in the Caribbean was called Sankaty High Yield Asset Investors Ltd.  It did not have an office in Bermuda and it had no staff in Bermuda.  But it helped clients of Bain Capital avoid a whole lot of taxes.

The following comes from a 2007 Los Angeles Times article….

In Bermuda, Romney served as president and sole shareholder for four years of Sankaty High Yield Asset Investors Ltd. It funneled money into Bain Capital’s Sankaty family of hedge funds, which invest in bonds and other debt issued by corporations, as well as bank loans.

Like thousands of similar financial entities, Sankaty maintains no office or staff in Bermuda. Its only presence consists of a nameplate at a lawyer’s office in downtown Hamilton, capital of the British island territory.

“It’s just a mail drop, essentially,” said Marc B. Wolpow, who worked with Romney for nine years at Bain Capital and who set up Sankaty Ltd. in October 1997 without ever visiting Bermuda. “There’s no one doing any work down there other than lawyers.”

The amount of money being funneled through Sankaty today is absolutely stunning….

Today, Bain Capital manages $60 billion in assets, according to a spokesman. The total includes $23 billion in Sankaty debt and credit funds. Half a dozen Sankaty affiliates now are active in Bermuda, corporate registry records show.

The Sankaty debt hedge funds are organized as partnerships in Delaware that produce taxable business income by investing in fixed-income bonds and other debt instruments. Under tax law, even tax-exempt U.S. institutions may face a 35% tax if they invest directly in such hedge funds. By investing instead through a Bermuda corporation, the taxes are legally blocked, experts say.

Of course all of this is perfectly legal.

So nobody gets into trouble for any of this.

By keeping money offshore, even those managing these kinds of funds can avoid being taxed.

Victor Fleischer, a tax professor at the University of Colorado Law School, recently explained how this works….

“The idea behind some of the Cayman Island strategies was that the income that the fund managers receive for managing the money would be kept offshore in the Cayman Island — and the chief benefit is that you can defer when you recognize that income until a later date and you can reinvest the money from the Cayman islands and none of those reinvested funds get taxed until you bring them back either”

So was Romney doing this?

We may never know unless he shows us his tax returns.

What we do know is that Romney has millions of dollars of his own personal wealth invested in offshore tax havens.

The following comes from ABC News….

In addition to paying the lower tax rate on his investment income, Romney has as much as $8 million invested in at least 12 funds listed on a Cayman Islands registry. Another investment, which Romney reports as being worth between $5 million and $25 million, shows up on securities records as having been domiciled in the Caymans.

But Romney does not just have money invested down in the Cayman Islands.  Apparently his money is invested in a whole host of offshore tax havens.

The following quote comes from a Reuters article….

Bain funds in which Romney is invested are scattered from Delaware to the Cayman Islands and Bermuda, Ireland and Hong Kong, according to a Reuters analysis of securities filings.

So is there anything wrong with this?

Well, it depends on how you define “wrong”.

What Romney is doing is perfectly legal.

But it also stinks.  Washington lawyer Jack Blum recently told ABC News the following about Romney’s finances….

“His personal finances are a poster child of what’s wrong with the American tax system”

So now we may have a few hints as to why Romney may not want to release his old tax returns.

But as noted above, what Romney is doing is just small potatoes compared to what the ultra-wealthy do.

The U.S. Congress has been trying to clamp down on offshore banking, but the ultra-wealthy are always two or three steps ahead of them.

The ultra-wealthy will go to just about any extreme in order to avoid paying taxes.

In fact, the Washington Post has reported that an increasing number of wealthy individuals are actually deciding to renounce their citizenship rather than face the wrath of the IRS.

The ultra-wealthy aren’t really concerned that much with national citizenship anyway.  If they want to influence an election, they can have far more influence by donating a few million bucks to a “Super PAC” than they can by casting the few votes that they have.

In a previous article, I described how the ultra-wealthy use offshore banks as a “shadow banking system” that plays by rules that most people don’t even know exist….

It is a shadow banking system that most Americans don’t know anything about. Most Americans don’t have the resources to be able to set up shell companies in half a dozen different countries so that they can “filter” their profits.  Most Americans don’t know a thing about complicated tax avoidance plans that tax lawyers use such as the “Double Irish” and the “Dutch Sandwich”.  Most Americans would have no idea how to eventually have most of the money that they make end up in Bermuda so that it can avoid taxes.

Most among the global elite simply do not care that U.S. debt is climbing into the stratosphere.  All they care about is keeping as much of their own money in their pockets as they possibly can.

Of course there are always exceptions to this rule.  Warren Buffett recently wrote a check to the U.S. Treasury for a little more than $49,000 to help pay off the national debt.

But considering the fact that the U.S. national debt is increasing by more than 100 million dollars an hour, that didn’t exactly do much to help.

Our system is deeply broken and the global elite are getting away with bloody murder.  Over the decades, they have carefully crafted the rules so that as much wealth as possible is funneled into their pockets, and they have carefully crafted the rules so that as much wealth as possible stays in their pockets.

Of course if we got rid of the personal income tax and the corporate income tax entirely and replaced them with a completely new system we could get rid of all of this game playing once and for all.

But what do you think the odds are of that happening?

“Control of the Preferred Narrative”. Why We Hate Them: Arabs in Western Eyes

“Control of the Preferred Narrative”. Why We Hate Them: Arabs in Western Eyes

A new PBS documentary reveals how films and other media have shaped an anti-Muslim narrative.

By Philip Giraldi Global Research

Control of the preferred narrative is essential in today’s instant-news political culture. This has been particularly true since 9/11, as the United States government and the cooperative media have worked together to make sure that a series of enemies are identified and then attacked as a response to what has been shaped as a global terrorist threat. Narrative-shifting also protects against failure, by making it more difficult to advance any actual inquiry either to learn what motivates terrorists or to explore the apparent inability of the federal government to respond effectively. The best known attempt to shift the blame and thereby redirect the narrative was President George W. Bush’s famous assertion that “those evildoers” of 9/11 “hate us because of our freedom.” Other, more plausible motives need not apply.

Later this year PBS will release to its affiliates a documentary film that it co-produced called “Valentino’s Ghost.” I recently watched a preview copy. In its full version it is 95 minutes long, and it lays out a roughly chronological account of how Muslims, particularly Arabs, have been perceived in the West since the 1920s. Written and directed by Michael Singh, it includes interviews with a number of well-known authorities on the Middle East, including Robert Fisk, Niall Ferguson, John Mearsheimer, and the late Anthony Shadid, the New York Times journalist killed in Syria last February. The film explores the political and cultural forces behind the images, contending that the depiction of Arabs as “The Other” roughly parallels the foreign policies of Europe and America vis-à-vis the Middle East region. The title of the film is taken from the first great cinematic “Arab,” Italian Rudolph Valentino, who starred in the 1922 silent film “The Sheik.” When asked regarding the plausibility of the script, in which English aristocrat Lady Diana falls for the “savage” Sheik, Valentino responded “People are not savages because they have dark skins. The Arabian civilization is one of the oldest in the world…the Arabs are dignified and keen brained.”

Valentino’s cinematic triumph was followed by other films extolling Arabian exoticism, including 1924’s “The Thief of Baghdad,” starring Douglas Fairbanks. But the cinematic love affair with Arabia did not last long. The 1920s also witnessed Anglo-French moves to divide up the Arab provinces of the defunct Ottoman Empire and to gain control of Iran’s oil supply. The Arabs, not surprisingly, resisted, which forced a rethink of who they were and what they represented as reflected in Eurocentric movies made in the 1930s, including “Beau Geste,” “The Lost Patrol,” and “Under Two Flags.”

Arabs were increasingly depicted in the cinema as lawless savages who mindlessly opposed the advanced civilizations of Europe, not unlike the American Indians who had stood in the way of manifest destiny. The possible motives for their savagery were strictly off-limits, as they were in the American historical narrative. The good Arabs were the ones who were “obedient” and sought accommodation with the French and British. The bad Arabs were the “disobedient” who sought to maintain their traditional ways of life.

The rise of the Zionist movement and the creation of the state of Israel in 1948, with its forced relocation of most Palestinians — which Mearsheimer describes as “ethnic cleansing” — made further shifts in the narrative essential, particularly to demonstrate that Jews had a historic right to the land of Palestine and that the creation of the Jewish state was humanely carried out in a land that did not exist politically and was largely empty and undeveloped. Movies like “Exodus” and “Lawrence of Arabia” appeared, with the former omitting the Zionist terrorism that had led to the creation of Israel while also emphasizing historic Jewish claims to the land. The latter film expressed some sympathy for Arab nationalism but also demonstrated that savage and undisciplined Arabs could only triumph militarily under European leadership. The two films together largely completed the process of defining the Arab in Western popular culture. In “Lawrence of Arabia,” Peter O’Toole, playing Lawrence, described Arabs as “a little people, a silly people. Greedy, barbarous and cruel.” Nothing more need be said.

The Six-Day War further added to the denigration of Arabs in general. Israel’s surprise-attack triumph over its neighbors, in which it was able to exploit superior military resources, was seen as a victory of good over evil in the U.S. media. Walter Cronkite announced on the evening news that “Jerusalem has been liberated.” Footage of long columns of Palestinian refugees appeared briefly on television but then disappeared completely. Mearsheimer describes the post-1967 unwillingness to discuss either the Palestinians’ plight or the nature of the Israeli relationship with Washington as “The Great Silence” fueled by “The Great Silencer,” namely the charge of anti-Semitism or Jewish self-hating inevitably leveled against any critic of Israel. The circle of immunity from scrutiny for Israel also extends to the principal Israel lobby AIPAC, which was last featured on an investigative report on U.S. television in 1977.

The Israeli occupation triggered a wave of terrorism, and the Palestinians sought to have their story told. Limited media attempts to understand the Arab point of view perhaps understandingly vanished completely in 1972 after 11 Israeli athletes were murdered in Munich.(***where they murdered by Palestinians? or by Mossad killers and then set up that the Palestinians did it! it will not be the first time?) When Arabs subsequently sought to use an economic boycott to force the West to stop Israeli expansion on the West Bank, the U.S. media depicted the action as an affront engineered by greedy oil Sheiks.

The increasingly harsh political environment, soon to be framed as a clash of civilizations, corresponded with a rise to prominence of evangelicals in the U.S., together with the popularity of end-times narratives in books and other media, including Hal Lindsey’s The Late Great Planet Earth. Evangelical pastors such as John Hagee conflated the return of the Jews to Israel with the Second Coming of Christ, leading to unlimited political support for Israel and identification of its Arab neighbors as the enemy that would have to be confronted and destroyed at Armageddon.

The Iranian Embassy hostage crisis further hardened views of Islam, with Ayatollah Khomeini lampooned on American television and ABC News featuring a one-hour block each night on “America Held Hostage,” more intensive coverage than the network had given to the Vietnam War. Ronald Reagan referred to the Iranians as “barbarians,” and there was little effort made to learn if there might be some legitimate grievances (there were, dating back to the ouster of Mohamed Mossadeq and the installation of the Shah in 1953).

In 1992 the Disney animated movie “Aladdin” featured a song during the opening credits that referred to Arabia as a land “where they cut off your ear if they don’t like your face, it’s barbaric.” Other major Hollywood movies produced in the 1990s routinely depicting Arabs as terrorists, even if an “obedient” Arab frequently appears among the good guys, included “Rules of Engagement,” “True Lies,” and “The Siege.” 9/11 converted the disturbing or sometimes vaguely amusing Arab into the Arab as attacker, as an existential threat — witness the success of the recent television series “24″ and “Homeland.” The denigration of Arabs in the media has real-world consequences:  it is unlikely that Madeleine Albright would have said the death of 500,000 Iraqi children was worth it or that Rush Limbaugh would have described Abu Ghraib as a “college fraternity prank” if one had been speaking of European or American victims.

Niall Ferguson notes that the justification provided through the hyping of a dark and fearful external threat in support of a burgeoning overseas empire inevitably leads to a suspension of the rule of law back at home. Robert Fisk observes that the shifts in language and metaphor make the entire Middle East unintelligible to most Americans, even to those who claim to be well-informed. Colin Powell, while secretary of state, stopped referring to the West Bank as occupied by Israel – he instead referred to the area as “disputed,” a practice that continues to this day in the mainstream media. That went along with Jewish settlements being referred to in the media as “neighborhoods” and the border wall being called a “security fence.” Why would those disgruntled Arabs want to fight over something that is only disputed or object so strongly to a neighborhood or a fence?

One of the more interesting vignettes in the film takes place near the end, with Hillary Clinton saying in March 2011 that many Americans are viewing Qatar-owned television channel Al-Jazeera for “real news” because U.S. news programs have become so devoid of content. Would that it were so. Al-Jazeera is only available in New York; Washington, D.C.; Burlington, Vermont; Toledo, Ohio; and Bristol, Rhode Island — and only intermittently in many of those locations, due to political objections over its “Arab” and “anti-American” point of view.

If I have a problem with “Valentino’s Ghost” it is that it tries to do too much. It takes on many issues too superficially given the film’s technical constraints and time limitations. I have been informed that over the objections of the producer the original 95-minute version has been edited down considerably for the version that will be released to PBS affiliates. PBS indicated that it would not use the film without considerable changes. Much of the excising relates to segments critical of Israel and its policies, as well as its U.S. lobby, AIPAC. The affiliates themselves can choose whether or not to air the film, so there will probably be pressure coming from donors and local programming boards not to show it. This would be a shame, as “Valentino’s Ghost” exposes widespread bigotry and the deliberate shaping of a narrative against Arabs while also providing considerable insights into why American foreign policy continues to fail in an important part of the world. One has to wonder what the reaction would be if the film were to be viewed in the White House.

Click: PHOTOS THE SLAUGHTER IN Bani Walid

I want to appeal to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Russian government, to our Russian friends, who have high hopes. Ask all Russian organizations for the protection of human rights. I hope the UN at least from Russia to hear what’s going on in Bani Walid and begin to fulfill their responsibility to protect people who are treated like cattle. We urgently need outside help in our people a terrible genocide.

Now, I am not in Bani Walid, with great difficulty, I managed to leave the city to connect to the correspondent of the Voice of Russia. We cut short paths to the outside world. Bani Walid for days under heavy bombardment of heavy artillery. Today all night until the morning, our city suffers a terrible fire different weapons, while politics only in the words “prove” something to solve. So many of our people are dying who do not even have a weapon to defend themselves. They Die if not hourly, then every minute. There is not even possible to transport the injured to hospital. Hundreds of homes destroyed and hundreds of crumbling. If not killed by the explosion of a shell, the death of the collapsed roof of his house, to which the shell hit. In recent days, 200 homes were destroyed, not counting burned with flamethrowers. Also, got to the point that we were dismissed even tanks. If the family is trying to escape the city, the car begins to pay these weapons you would think they were shooting at the army armed to the teeth with the Army.

Most deaths in Bani Walid existence – a result of gas poisoning. Gas dozen rockets fly over the sky Bani Walid. Even the masks, we face camouflage their blouses, not to swallow the poison gas that poisoned us. We are not talking about other drugs.

No one can hear in this world. We ask Mr. Putin, he is a respected person, to intervene in this case. Citizens die every minute in Bani Walid from poisonous gases, bullets or missiles.. Many countries have conspired against our city and everyone knows why.

Libya: terrorists with chemical weapons?

Libya: Terrorists using chemical weapons?. 48335.jpeg

So, Mr. Ban Ki-moon speaks out against the violence in Libya where pro-occupation gangs of terrorists continue to run amok spreading chaos, panic, murdering, torching, looting, torturing and raping, the same terrorists backed by the west, bombing civilians and the latest shocking news, deploying chemical weapons. Where has the UN been?

So, the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, or rather FUKUS Axis (France, UK, US) collaborationist Ban Ki-moon, has called for a peace process to solve the crisis in Bani Walid, where loyalists to the Jamahiriya Government of Colonel al-Qadhafi, as in many other areas of the country, resist heroically against NATO’s pro-occupation terrorist gangs and in defense of their homeland which under al-Qadhafi provided for them.

The Jamahiriya government provided free education and healthcare, free housing, utilities, studies abroad, staple foodstuffs all in a democratic system in which the State provided for the needs of the People’s Councils. Even oil revenue was injected directly into people’s ban accounts. And the new NATO-imposed regime? In one word, terrorism.

A bunch of terrorists, thieves, murderers, looters, rapists, torturers, arsonists, burglars and serial sexual offenders. And where has Mr. Ban Ki-moon been until now? Where was Mr. Ban Ki-moon and his United Nations Organization when Libya’s frontiers were secured with “Arab Springs” in Tunisia and Egypt, where was Mr. Ban Ki-moon when foreign governments created false flag events inside Libya to blame the Government forces after having supplied the terrorists in Benghazi with weapons?

Where was Mr. Ban Ki-moon when the FUKUS-Axis and its allies were accusing the Libyan Air Force of bombing its people, totally without foundation as we later saw, where was Mr. Ban Ki-moon when the FUKUS-Axis performed a spectacular mission creep, bombing civilian structures, destroying the water supply and the electricity grid “to break their backs”, where was Mr. Ban Ki-moon when NATO was committing war crimes, strafing convoys of civilians and where was Mr. Ban Ki-moon when NATO put boots on the ground in clear violation of the UN Charter and of the UNSC Resolutions 1970 and 1973 (2011) covering the case?

Bani Walid – Pro-occupation terrorists using chemical weapons

The reports coming out of Bani Walid, where patriotic Libyan forces hold out against NATO’s gangs of pro-occupation terrorists and Tunisian and Egyptian mercenaries are, in a word, shocking. Every day armed gangs of thugs try to break into the city, every day they are beaten back with large numbers of casualties. As a result of this, the reports state from inside Bani Walid, the terrorist forces are using SARIN and MUSTARD GAS

And now where is the UNO? Where is the accountability for this situation? Why are those responsible (the FUKUS-Axis in particular and NATO in general) not hauled before a court of law and tried for war crimes and breach of international law, murdering civilians, instigating revolt and taking part in an internal conflict?

We know the answers to all these questions. Throughout, Mr. Ban Ki-moon has been crawling round the feet of his FUKUS-Axis masters like a sniveling coward and the FUKUS-Axis is no more and no less than a gang of criminals, run by criminals, who sponsor war, murder, rape, looting, terrorism and torture.

They may go unpunished in today’s world, such as it is. However, let articles like this be their political epitaph for the rest of eternity and as times change so quickly, let them spend the rest of their lives looking over their shoulders because the longer they live, the nearer to a citizen’s arrest and a court of law they will be.

“The oppressed around the world, the battle has begun”

By:  Muammar Gaddafi

Speech by Libyan revolutionary leader Muammar Gaddafi issued on August 24, 2011

The oppressed around the world, the battle has begun. Do not despair, help is near. Do you realize that this is the Night of Power? What is the Night of Power? It is better than thousands of other nights, is destiny, when the heavens are open to receive your prayers thousands fold.

Watch what is happening now in America. Have we beaten with our missiles? No, they came and struck us, 64 hits on Bab Al-Aziziya which is now destroyed, and finally I had to leave my house, killing many innnocents. But I’ll never leave Libya and in this struggle is victory or death.

Those of you in the United States of America. I am not your leader. If you’re in that state should be preparing to leave. Go to Venezuela. If you remain, you must follow my deputy, spiritual leader Minister Louis Farrakhan. Listen to him. He will tell you everything you need to know about what is unfolding.

Those of you in Europe, you should also prepare to be drowned in events and calumny. Not enough of you have raised. You have to accept the consequences, the good among you should head to Africa. Go west Africa. North Africa is not safe now that the region is a real battlefield. In West Africa, find homes and work well.

Those of you in Serbia, true friends of Libya, and you are with me. Do not despair of the rat flag in one house a million. All of you can cut pieces of green cloth, measured exactly two by one in dimension, which is their flag, the flag of popular power, of hope, of truth, of the future.

Everything in the world who support truth, freedom, Jamahiriya, hang in millions of homes, cars. The Green flag is yours and belongs to all bodies in the world. With the dawn of the authority of the people and to governments, we chose the green flag and made its color and dimension easy for all. Choose any Green. Cut one by two, exactly, and hang it everywhere, carry it with you.

Soon the Green flag flying around the world, with the collapse of the government, not its people, I just did more than all of them. They served different masters. It was intended to serve the people, ever. They are owned by other people. They do nothing for you. Ignore them and go. Prepare yourselves by forming committees, openly or secretly, configure your local mathabas to meet and share. Charting the way forward. The green flag belongs to all.

The future is Libya, everywhere. Self Masses societies. Basic popular congresses and people’s committees. Green committees to guide, defend, expose, call, show the way forward for people power. It’s all there in the Green Paper, read, copy, compartirlo.Use their own communication systems, do not rely on the enemy. Make your own communications. Recover your resources to your hands, do not be afraid of power, possess it. It is their power, wealth and arms that the governments, banks and the military robbed you.

You can not ask others to represent you. You can not entrust thieves with your wealth. You can not ask others to fight and die on their behalf, to defend you. Are you human responsibility, to do this, the world will be free, organized, Libyan system, freedom and happiness, abundance of wealth for all.

The government was coming to an end and they are fighting their last breath. They are desperate. But they are bankrupt, not only financially, are bankrupt in morals, religion, education, intellect, ideas, they have no way forward. They are at the stage of collapse. That collapse is good for the people of the world who suffer because they are not free.

Or all the good people of the world know that Islam is not what is being put to you by the ignorant who make a public display of prayer, but in reality are serving the devil. Islam is submission to the will of Allah, the one God of all mankind. This is the night prayer. Your prayers are being answered. You are Muslims, all those who pray and do not associate partners with Allah.

People of Bosnia, many of you are wrong, the Arabs, the. Useless and weak The people of Serbia who are Christians and others would be closer to God. There is only one God. That God is the truth wherever it is found, read the Quran to know the truth, do not listen to those who would mislead you. If God is with you, who can be against you?

What Sharia are looking for other than we have since I was the first to bring Quran as the Law Society of the Libyan. Is the sharia of injustice? Oppression? Cowardice? Murder? Insanity? Drugs? Is it the sharia that elevates the rat with his gun that allows torture, rape, robbery? No! That’s not the sharia, ignoring everything in the Koran.

The prayers are being answered. More than forty armies have gone against me, just because I told the truth, because I would not let the thieves pass me into Africa. I promised Africa I will not betray. I promise the world, millions of people have me in their hearts, I’m struggling to finish.

Do not believe their trumpets. Who hears the trumpets is making a mistake. You have your own mathabas to go for information and to meet and deliberate. Do not listen to them. By now it should be clear to you. The fire is water, the water is fire. Know that the future is yours, governments are finished, a new era of the masses is coming, as predicted in the Green Paper.

I hear you. Many of your messages reach me. I can not answer individually but I feel your pain. Some of you were so affected by the lies in recent days that even contemplates suicide. No! No, never, suicide is not an option, when we are faced with a great victory. The costs will be high, but we must not falter.

I see that Africans worldwide, including in Australia, photographs contact me. I see you raise money to help East Africa. Are whites who brought these problems and cut us off from helping our brothers and sisters. Thank you for your oraciones.Pero must have the money. Instead, use to fight the oppressors.

Form committees green among you, meet in secret or open. Proclaim your allegiance to the green card.Studying the Green Paper. Sign conferences of his people, giving encouragement to others around the world, to prepare for the future world congress on crimes against humanity, has six months to prepare.

March next year may be the biggest congress of people, you can make it happen. Prepare and. Create a website should do, so that all crimes can be registered. While we fight to defend our nation, fighting in the battlefield of truth, for the pen is mightier than the sword.

Some of you came to our western border, but had to return. Have families to care. Now the way is clear, but NATO will not allow peace. They fear that the example of the Great Jamahiriya. They can destroy our physical achievements but they can not destroy the truth. The more you try, the more we will be victorious, victory is with the people, not the oppressors.

Thousands of you are waiting at various stations, see you in Tanzania, Congo, Ghana, Nigeria, and many other parts of Africa. The struggle if you do not win in Libya will come to you. Prepare for it. Prepare traps for the invaders. You must defend their corners.

African governments are not strong. They control only a few city centers. They often do not offer the services and people live without them. They will not stand in your way when the time comes. They are poor. They have been robbed by the racists, the colonialists, the white thieves from the north. Oppose them only if they oppose it. Be prepared. Build your Mathaba. Defend your continent.

They can attack with their bombs, but we defend with truth. They can never fight man to man. They are only cowards, sick, demented, hiding behind machines, they can not afford African countries one by one.African children can defeat any white mercenary, so they hide and destroy with hatred from far.

Do not get used.  Be united. Build your defenses for when they come if they manage to pass Libya. If they destroy Libya then attack them from behind.

Avoid if you can fight. The enemy wants us all to be stuck in their fields of battle, they want to engage all the war. Afganistán is now with us, Iraq is with us, Venezuela is with us. We want peace. We want justice.  Works conference on crimes against humanity, the use of their networks Mathaba, the Mathaba are the headquarters of the Green committees, and salt, victory is ours!
