In a failed attempt to appear unbiased and objective, the BBC now “reveals”,almost a year after the information was relayed by several alternative media, that British Special Forces played a key role in steering and supervising Libya’s “freedom fighters” to victory. Known and documented many of these so-called rebels were mercenaries under contract to NATO.
British efforts to help topple Colonel Gaddafi were not limited to air strikes. On the ground – and on the quiet – special forces soldiers were blending in with rebel fighters:

In the end, though, British special forces were deployed on the ground in order to help the UK’s allies – the Libyan revolutionaries often called the National Transitional Council or NTC.Those with knowledge of the programme insist “they did a tremendous job” and contributed to the final collapse of the Gaddafi regime. Multiple radios indicate sophisticated coordination of forces The UK’s policy for intervention evolved in a series of fits and starts, being changed at key points by events on the ground. The arguments about how far the UK should go were thrashed out in a series of meetings of the National Security Council at Downing Street. Under the chairmanship of Prime Minister David Cameron, its key members were Chief of the Defence Staff General Sir David Richards Defence Secretary Liam Fox Foreign Secretary William Hague Mr Cameron’s chief of staff, Ed Llewellyn, was a key voice in urging action following start of the Libyan revolution last February, say Whitehall insiders
The existence of E Squadron is well-known within the special forces community but has not hitherto been discussed publicly. It was formed five years ago to work closely with the intelligence service MI6, and is mainly involved in missions where maximum discretion is required, say Whitehall insiders.
… Last March’s debacle, in which six members of the squadron were caught in Libya, was highly embarrassing. The reason for their presence, escorting two people from MI6, gives a clue to the facilitating role they often play in foreign intelligence operations in risky places.
According to special forces people, E Squadron is a composite organisation formed from selected SAS, SBS and Special Reconnaissance Regiment operators. It is not technically part of the SAS or SBS, but at the disposal of the Director of Special Forces and MI6.
The squadron often operates in plain clothes and with the full range of national support, such as false identities, at its disposal.
… The first significant involvement of British forces inside Libya was a rescue mission mounted just a couple of weeks after the rising against Gaddafi broke out. On 3 March, Royal Air Force C130 aircraft were sent to a desert airstrip at Zilla in the south of the country to rescue expatriate oil workers. Many had been threatened by gunmen and bandits.
…. Accompanying the flights were about two dozen men from C Squadron of the Special Boat Service (SBS), who helped secure the landing zone. It was a short-term and discreet intervention that saved the workers from risk of abduction or murder, and caused little debate in Whitehall.
Events, though, were moving chaotically and violently onwards, with the Libyan armed forces breaking up and Benghazi emerging as the centre of opposition. The government sought to open contacts with the National Transitional Council both overtly and covertly.
It was the undercover aspect of this relationship that almost brought Britain’s wider attempt to help the revolution to grief. The Secret Intelligence Service, or MI6, sought to step up communications with some of its contacts in the opposition. It was decided to send a pair of the service’s people to a town not far from Benghazi to meet one of these Libyans.
… In planning this operation, SIS chose to use a highly sensitive arm of the special forces, E Squadron, in order to look after its people. Six members of E Squadron, which is recruited from all three Tier 1 units (SAS, SBS and Special Reconnaissance Regiment) duly boarded the Chinook to “mind” the intelligence people.
They were equipped with a variety of weapons and secure communications gear. In keeping with E Squadron’s sensitive role, they were in plain clothes or black jumpsuits (accounts vary), and carried a variety of passports.
The Libyan revolution, like many others, was accompanied by a good deal of paranoia about foreign mercenaries and spies, and the British party could not have appeared more suspicious.They were detained and taken to Benghazi, the men on the ground having decided that to open fire would destroy the very bridge-building mission they were engaged in.
When, on 19 March, Colonel Gaddafi’s tanks were bombed as they entered Benghazi, the conflict entered a dramatically different phase. High-profile military action was underway and the leaders of the UK, US, and France were increasingly committed to the overthrow of the Libyan leader.
Yet key figures in the Downing Street discussions were convinced that air strikes alone would not achieve the result they wanted. At sessions of the National Security Council, Gen Richards and Mr Fox made the case for planning to provide training and equipment for the revolutionary forces of the NTC.
At a meeting near the end of March, we have been told, authorisation was given to take certain steps to develop the NTC’s embryonic ground forces. This involved the immediate dispatch of a small advisory team, and the longer-term development of a “train and equip” project. Ministers were advised, say those familiar with the discussion, that this second part of the plan would take at least three months to implement.
The first and most basic task of the advisory team was to get the various bands of Libyan fighters roaring around in armed pickup trucks under some sort of central coordination. As reporters had discovered, most of these men had little idea of what they were doing, and soon panicked if they thought Col Gaddafi’s forces were attacking or outflanking them.
There were a number of legal issues preventing them giving more help. Some Whitehall lawyers argued that any type of presence on the ground was problematic. Legal doubts were raised about arming the NTC or targeting Col Gaddafi.
Once the air operation was put on a proper Nato footing, these issues became even more vexed, insiders say, with the alliance saying it would not accept men on the ground “directing air strikes” in a way that some newspapers, even in late spring, were speculating was already happening.
The British government’s desire to achieve the overthrow of Gaddafi while accommodating the legal sensitivities registered by various Whitehall departments led to some frustration among those who were meant to make the policy work.
Miusrata rebels used sophisticated range-finders to adjust artillery fire and co-ordinate Nato air strikes “It just seemed to me an unnecessarily muddled way of going about a business that we all knew the underlying aims of,” said one. “It was almost as if we have lost the ability to define a clear objective and go for it.”
However, the accidental bombing of NTC columns by Nato aircraft in early April provided those who wanted more direct assistance with a powerful argument. British and French officers on the ground were permitted to coordinate more closely with the NTC for the purposes of “deconfliction” or preventing such accidental clashes from happening again.
Under the deconfliction rubric, British advisers made their way to places like Misurata, then under siege, where the RAF was focusing its air strikes.The stage was set then for months of bombing which, as it progressed, both exhausted the stocks of precision weapons available to some Nato allies and the patience of many politicians for what was going on. Insiders say that, discreetly, they were soon doing more than deconfliction, actually coordinating certain Nato air attacks.
Taking as his cue the March approval in principle for a training programme,Gen Richards had started a series of low profile visits to Doha, the capital of Qatar.
This Gulf emirate had taken a leading role in backing the NTC, and its defence chief was by June brokering an agreement with the UK and France to provide material back-up as well as training for the NTC.
France was to prove more forward-leaning than the UK in this, and by August was providing weapons to NTC units in the Nefusa mountains of western Libya.The UK, meanwhile, had agreed to focus its efforts in the east of the country. It was as part of this new effort that British special forces returned to Libya.
Although plenty of people in Whitehall still remembered the March debacle, it was agreed to allow a limited number of British advisers to take a direct part in training and mentoring NTC units in Libya. Sources say the number of men sent from D Squadron of 22 SAS Regiment was capped at 24. They were performing their mission by late August.
While France and Qatar were ready to provide weapons directly, the UK was not. However, this made little practical difference since the SAS was operating closely with Qatar special forces who had reportedly delivered items such as Milan anti-tank missiles.
Anti-tank missile in Sirte, of the type believed to have been supplied by QatarisThere were some suggestions from Whitehall that the training itself should be conducted outside Libya in order to remain within the narrow interpretation of the UN resolution, but the SAS was apparently soon present at a base in southern Libya.
… During the months that this project had taken to come to fruition, the slow grinding down of Gaddafi’s forces by air attack had continued. Soon after the foreign trainers arrived, NTC units swept into Tripoli.
….The SAS had meanwhile strayed beyond its training facility, with single men or pairs accompanying the NTC commanders that they had been training back to their units.They dressed as Libyans and blended in with the units they mentored, says someone familiar with the operation.
There had been concerns that they would be spotted by the press, but this did not happen. “We have become a lot better at blending in,” says someone familiar with the D Squadron operation. “Our people were able to stay close to the NTC commanders without being compromised.”
Instead, as the revolutionaries fought their way into Gaddafi’s home town of Sirte, they were assisted by a handful of British and other special forces. Members of the Jordanian and United Arab Emirates armies had fallen in behind the Qataris too.
When, on 20 October, Gaddafi was finally captured and then killed by NTC men, it followed Nato air strikes on a convoy of vehicles carrying leading members of the former regime as they tried to escape from Sirte early in the morning. Had British soldiers on the ground had a hand in this? Nobody will say yet.
In keeping with its long-standing policies on special forces and MI6 operations, Whitehall has refrained from public statements about the nature of assistance on the ground. The Ministry of Defence reiterated that policy when asked to comment on this story.
Speaking at a public event late last year, though, Gen Richards commented that the NTC forces “were the land element, an ‘army’ was still vital”. He also noted that “integrating the Qataris, Emiratis and Jordanians into the operation was key”. He did not, however, allude to the presence of more than 20 British operators on the ground.
British sources agree Qatar played a leading role – and accept it put more soldiers in than the UK – but question whether the number was this large. Around the more secret parts of Whitehall, the suggestion is that the number committed on the ground by all nations probably did not exceed a couple of hundred.
As for Britain’s decision finally to deploy an SAS squadron, “they made a fantastic difference“,argues one insider.
It is part of the essence of troops of this kind that they often operate in secrecy, providing their political masters with policy options that they might not wish to own up to publicly.
But given that the UK’s earlier relationship with Col Gaddafi and his intelligence services caused great embarrassment, it could be that attention will one day focus more closely on British assistance to the NTC, particularly if the Libyan revolution comes unstuck.” BBC“ UK’s secret mission to beat Gaddafi”: (emphasis added)
What is disturbing in this January 2012 scoop BBC is that the facts were known to the Western media in March 2011 and were deliberately withheld until the war was over. Global Research reported on the presence of U.K. Special Forces as far back as early March 2011:
US and allied special forces are on the ground in Eastern Libya, providing covert support to the rebels [...] This was recognized when British SAS Special Forces commandos were arrested in the Benghazi region. As for the MI6 and the British Special Forces, agents were captured early in March by the rebels who had mistaken them for enemy spies. British intelligence was allegedly on the ground to establish connections with the rebellion, which the were apparently not aware of. It has been reported that dozens of British agents and commandos from MI6, the Special Air Services (SAS) unit, and the Special Boat Services (SBS) units were also operating inside Libya.(Mahdi Darius Nazemroaya, NATO’s Secret Ground War in Libya, May 16, 2011.)
The Western mainstream media’s modus operandi is to create the impression of fair and unbiased reporting when it comes to war coverage: but this reporting is “after the facts” once countless innocent civilians have been killed under NATO’s “humanitarian mandate”.
Only once the targeted leader has been killed or ousted, do we see reports documenting the covert role played by the Western military alliance. The mainstream media only reports long after the facts, once the Westerns puppet governments are installed.
Before Qaddafi’s assassination, you could not read BBC reports acknowledging a “British campaign to overthrow Muammar Gaddafi’s regime”. It was called a “humanitarian intervention”.
Now it’s Syria’s turn to be the victim of a similar “regime change” supported by an intense media propaganda campaign.

Venezuelan President Chavez once asked me why the US elite wanted to kill him. My dear Hugo: It’s the oil. And it’s the Koch Brothers – and it’s the ketchup.
Reverend Pat Robertson said,
“Hugo Chavez thinks we’re trying to assassinate him. I think that we really ought to go ahead and do it.” It was 2005 and Robertson was channeling the frustration of George Bush’s State Department. Despite Bush’s providing intelligence, funds and even a note of congratulations to the crew who kidnapped Chavez(we’ll get there), Hugo remained in office, reelected and wildly popular.
But why the Bush regime’s hate, hate, HATE of the President of Venezuela?
Reverend Pat wasn’t coy about the answer: It’s the oil.
“This is a dangerous enemy to our South controlling a huge pool of oil.”
A really BIG pool of oil. Indeed, according to Guy Caruso, former chief of oil intelligence for the CIA, Venezuela hold a recoverable reserve of 1.36 trillion barrels, that is, a whole lot more than Saudi Arabia.
If we didn’t kill Chavez, we’d have to do an “Iraq” on his nation. So the Reverend suggests,
“We don’t need another $200 billion war….It’s a whole lot easier to have some of the covert operatives do the job and then get it over with.”
Chavez himself told me he was stunned by Bush’s attacks: Chavez had been quite chummy with Bush Senior and with Bill Clinton.
So what made Chavez suddenly “a dangerous enemy”? Here’s the answer you won’t find in The New York Times:
Just after Bush’s inauguration in 2001, Chavez’ congress voted in a new “Law of Hydrocarbons.” Henceforth, Exxon, British Petroleum, Shell Oil and Chevron would get to keep 70% of the sales revenues from the crude they sucked out of Venezuela. Not bad, considering the price of oil was rising toward $100 a barrel.
But to the oil companies, which had bitch-slapped Venezeula’s prior government into giving them 84% of the sales price, a cut to 70% was “no bueno.”Worse, Venezuela had been charging a joke of a royalty – just one percent– on “heavy” crude from the Orinoco Basin. Chavez told Exxon and friends they’d now have to pay 16.6%.
Clearly, Chavez had to be taught a lesson about the etiquette of dealings with Big Oil.
On April 11, 2002, President Chavez was kidnapped at gunpoint and flown to an island prison in the Caribbean Sea.On April 12,Pedro Carmona, a business partner of the US oil companies and president of the nation’s Chamber of Commerce, declared himself President of Venezuela– giving a whole new meaning to the term,“corporate takeover.”
U.S. Ambassador Charles Shapiro immediately rushed down from his hilltop embassyto have his picture taken grinning with the self-proclaimed “President” and the leaders of the coup d’état.
Bush’s White House spokesman admitted that Chavez was, “democratically elected,” but, he added, “Legitimacy is something that is conferred not by just the majority of voters.”I see.
With an armed and angry citizenry marching on the Presidential Palace in Caracas ready to string up the coup plotters, Carmona, the Pretend President from Exxon returned his captive Chavez back to his desk within 48 hours. Chavez had provoked the coup not just by clawing back some of the bloated royalties of the oil companies. It’s what he did with that oil money that drove Venezuela’s One Percent to violence.
In Caracas, I ran into the reporter for a TV station whose owner is generally credited with plotting the coup against the president. While doing a publicity photo shoot, leaning back against a tree, showing her wide-open legs nearly up to where they met,the reporter pointed down the hill to the “ranchos,” the slums above Caracas, where shacks, once made of cardboard and tin, where quickly transforming into homes of cinder blocks and cement.
“He [Chavez] gives them bread and bricks, so they vote for him, of course.” She was disgusted by “them,” the 80% of Venezuelans who are negro e indio (Black and Indian)—and poor. Chavez, himself negro e indio, had, for the first time in Venezuela’s history, shifted the oil wealthfrom the privileged class that called themselves “Spanish,” to the dark-skinned masses.
While trolling around the poor housing blocks of Caracas, I ran into a local, Arturo Quiran, a merchant seaman and no big fan of Chavez. But over a beer at his kitchen table, he told me,
“Fifteen years ago under [then-President] Carlos Andrés Pérez, there was a lot of oil money in Venezuela. The ‘oil boom’ we called it. Here in Venezuela there was a lot of money, but we didn’t see it.” But then came Hugo Chavez, and now the poor in his neighborhood, he said, “get medical attention, free operations, x-rays, medicines; education also. People who never knew how to write now know how to sign their own papers.”
Chavez’ Robin Hood thing, shifting oil money from the rich to the poor, would have been grudgingly tolerated by the US. But Chavez, who told me, “We are no longer an oil colony,”went further…too much further, in the eyes of the American corporate elite.
Venezuela had landless citizens by the millions – and unused land by the millions of acres tied up, untilled, on which a tiny elite of plantation owners squatted. Chavez’ congress passed in a law in 2001 requiring untilled land to be sold to the landless. It was a program long promised by Venezuela’s politicians at the urging of John F. Kennedy as part of his “Alliance for Progress.”
Plantation owner Heinz Corporation didn’t like that one bit. In retaliation, Heinz closed its ketchup plant in the state of Maturin and fired all the workers. Chavez seized Heinz’ plant and put the workers back on the job. Chavez didn’t realize that he’d just squeezed the tomatoes of America’s powerful Heinz family and Mrs. Heinz’ husband, Senator John Kerry, now U.S. Secretary of State.
Or, knowing Chavez as I do, he didn’t give a damn.
Chavez could survive the ketchup coup, the Exxon “presidency,” even his taking back a piece of the windfall of oil company profits,but he dangerously tried the patience of America’s least forgiving billionaires: The Koch Brothers.

Elected presidents who annoy Big Oil have ended up in exile—or coffins: Mossadegh of Iranafter he nationalized BP’s fields (1953), Elchibey, Presidentof Azerbaijan, after he refused demands of BP for his Caspian fields (1993), President Alfredo Palacio of Ecuador after he terminated Occidental’s drilling concession (2005).
“It’s a chess game, Mr. Palast,” Chavez told me. He was showing me a very long, and very sharp sword once owned by Simon Bolivar, the Great Liberator. “And I am,” Chavez said, “a very good chess player.”
In the film The Seventh Seal, a medieval knight bets his life on a game of chess with the Grim Reaper. Death cheats, of course, and takes the knight. No mortal can indefinitely outplay Death who, this week, Chavez must know, will checkmate the new Bolivar of Venezuela.
But in one last move, the Bolivarian grandmaster played a brilliant endgame, naming Vice-President Nicolas Maduro, as good and decent a man as they come, as heir to the fight for those in the “ranchos.” The One Percent of Venezuela, planning on Chavez’s death to return them the power and riches they couldn’t win in an election, are livid with the choice of Maduro.
Chavez sent Maduro to meet me in my downtown New York office back in 2004. In our run-down detective digs on Second Avenue, Maduro and I traded information on assassination plots and oil policy.
Even then, Chavez was carefully preparing for the day when Venezuela’s negros e indios would lose their king—but still stay in the game. Class war on a chessboard. Even in death, I wouldn’t bet against Hugo Chavez.
The Preventative Security spokesman said diplomats had been allowed to visit them in detention, but would not say where they were being held.
“We are still holding interrogations and will hand them over to the Libyan intelligence authorities in a couple of days,” Hussein bin Hamid told the Reuters news agency.
Agents reportedly found the suspects in possession of 45,000 books about Christianity when they were arrested at a publishing house on Tuesday. Another 25,000 were thought to have been distributed.
Last year, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) had to suspend its activities in eastern and central Libya after its offices in Benghazi and Misurata were attacked.
The aid group was accused by some people of proselytising activities and distributing Bibles to internally displaced Tawargha people in Benghazi – accusations it strenuously denied.
Preventative Security was set up by rebel commanders during the conflict which ousted the late Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi in 2011.
The so-called ``Ministry of Martyrs and Missing Persons`` of the illegal occupation regime in Libya has admitted that only a few thousand of its `revolutionaries` died during the war against the Jamahiriya.
During the so-called revolution during 2011 when so-called `revolutionary` forces assisted by massive 8-month long NATO bombing of the country, 4,700 of the “revolutionaries” died and 2,100 went missing, according to official figures issued by the so-called Ministry of Martyrs and Missing Persons.
The admission of the low casualty rate among the pro-NATO ground forces which included Al-Qaida and other reactionary elements in a loose alliance, commonly known by the Libyan people as “rats”, replaces the figure in which they claimed that 50,000 of their alliance died in the war.
This brings the total number of dead in Libya during the war to below 100,000,with at least 50,000 of the pro-Jamahiriyaforces, including a large number of civilians as well as military casualties, died. The figures by the “ministry” do not include the pro-Jamahiriya popular forces, also known as “loyalists” or pro-Qaddafi citizens.
Earlier the “rats” had revised their figure of casualties downward from 50,000 to 25,000 until the latest revision putting the total figure at less than 5,000.Propaganda including by so-called “reputable” western media including the BBC, CNN and other news networks, claimed that tens of thousands of “revolutionaries” had died in fighting, killed by pro-Qaddafi forces.
“I can’t tell you the exact figure but, as of now, the number of martyrs from the side of revolutionaries is in the range of 4,700″, said Duwadi, “deputy minister” of the ministry.
He claimed that the number of missing persons from both the sides (Qaddafi forces and so-called revolutionaries or “rats”) is around 2,100. We are working hard to finish the final numbers. It is very important for the reconciliation process as well, that we know the exact (total) losses.”
At the height of the conflict, the National Transitional Council estimated that 50,000 had been killed by “Qaddafi’s forces”, and now admits that the real figure is less than 10 percent of this number.

The media broadcast news about persecution of Christians in Syria. For a year in Syria is something like … Civil War.
In fact, the U.S., England, France, Israel and other Western, finance Islamist fanatics, who obviously are armed to overthrow the current leader of the Syrian Assad. It does not mean that Assad himself has not up to now authoritarian rule. But with a difference. Assad and the Baathist regime, fully respected Orthodoxy that exists in Syria.
Syria belonged to the Byzantine Empire.
Dozens of monasteries, preserved and in operation today were built then, such is famous for its miracles monastery of Panagia Sentanagia. What Americans call “Arab Spring”, there seems to be nothing other than the power to impose fundamentalist Muslims, who make Syria western protectorate, as has been Saudi Arabia, Kuwait etc and of course recently Iraq and Libya. What about the 2.5 million Christians, of which 1 million Orthodox Christians living in Syria means, at best, persecution, moved up to slaughter, which have already begun. Remember that Gaddafi was true monarch had secured but per capita income for the people of multiple other Arab countries nationalized mineral wealth and an independent monetary policy by the Central Bank of Libya, which managed the Libyan gold (in Greece Bank of Greece privately owned with confidential recommendation portfolio).
Westerners would probably intervene in Syria by NATO air strikes etc but Russia keeps in Tartus,Syria major naval port with full coverage antiaircraft S-300 PMU, TOR-M1 etc which is operated by Russians themselves.
Indeed, some blogs have air that Turkish IDs grabbed two missiles of S-300 in photo identification effort.
On the other and of course China and Iran seem to be reground fine supports Assad.
If they, namely Russia, China and Iran withdraw their support Assad in a matter of hours to Westerners Entering to lynch and enforce their own government-Banana.
Do not forget that Syria is in the fourth grade Patriarchate of Antioch that is based in Damascus.
These light that we see on channels with monks, priests etc are Orthodox fathers and brothers who call themselves Rum from the Greeks, are the descendants of the Byzantines and did not betray their faith when Syria was conquered by the Arabs.

If you are a citizen of the USA, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, or any other E.U. member state and you are confronted with this question, it is absolutely normal to react aggressively and in disbelief against anyone who would make claims that Your government would cynically murder yourchild while it is in kindergarten or school, and with the purpose to elicit a specific response from the population. A specific, cynically provoked response that is serving a specific political agenda. The normal response would be to flat out reject it as malicious and outrageous.
There are numerous reasons for responding aggressively and in disbelief. One reason may be that this disbelief may be a function of your projection of your own good moral and ethical values on your government, and of you simply being appalled over the fact that anyone would make such outrageous claims about those political candidates you voted for and elected as a people.(2) Cognitive dissonance, and the unpleasant sensation when you are confronted with the possibility that your world may not be as you belief it to be is is another reason for why you would find such claims disturbing. (3) Your very human nature that makes you likely to belief that you are just a little bit more clever, and a little bit more difficult to cheat than most others is one more reason.(4) Being well conditioned into not believing “those outrageous conspiracy theories” while rather listening to and believing the talking heads on your most favorite news program, with whom you grew up, and who have been a friend of you and your family, within the comfort and sanctity of your own home via your television or radio is yet another reason.
You know that they don´t always tell the truth. You know that they spin the news to suit a particular agenda. After all, you are smart and not that easy to cheat, and besides, after countless soap operas like Spin City (5) you are most likely conditioned into perceiving Spin Doctors as Sexy, and it sounds much more attractive than Propaganda Expert, which has a touch of Nazi-Propaganda to it, right?
After all, You are just a little bit more clever and more difficult to cheat than most other people. But, if such an outrageous thing, your own government, and NATO secret services ordering a secret “stay behind army”to murder Your Child while in kindergarten or in school, You are sure that those journalists would tell you and the world about it, and that it would bethe scandal of the century. A man who is now in command of NATO´s new friends in Libya and Syria as the commander of the Tripoli Military Counsel (18) and the NATO liaison to the Free Syrian Army.(19) Abdelhakim Belhadj, who according to historian Webster Griffin Tarpley and former Spanish Prime Minister Aznar also has been involved inthe Madrid Train Bombings that killed scores of innocent Spanish civilians and facilitated Spain´scontinued participation in the “war on terror“. Many would say strangely enough, but I would suggest to say not surprisingly; the top NATO Intelligence Operative Abdelhakim Belhadj has also been on board of the Turkish registered Gaza Freedom Flotilla vessel Mavi Marmara (20) Which finally brings us to Hamas and the pertinent question, what US-President Barak Hussein Obama at the 66th Session of the UN General Assembly, within the context of a Palestinian bid for statehood, indicated as the solution of the Palestinian Problem within the context of a comprehensive solution for the Middle East. It will once again show that NATO Intelligence will stop at nothing, including the abuse of popular solidaritymovements for both political gains,charades, and grand standing, as well as the assassination of assets that have become a liability in a war on Syria and a Zionist “Endlösung” for Palestine with the friendly aid of Hamas. Not that one vessel or even a small convoy could remedy the consequences of Israels illegal siege on Gaza. A siege which can not be described as anything but a war crimeand an act of genocide. The true function of the Gaza Flotilla actions lies in bringing the siege and tragedy to the attention of a world that has not cared much about Palestine and it´s People for over sixty years. The report on the events on the Mavi Marmara is chocking. (22) It describes Israels act of piracy in international waters, the storming and commandeering of the vessel by special operations troops, and cold blooded homicide on nine passengers, all of them of Turkish nationality.
What many analysts have been asking themselves long before the Mavi Marmara left port was how and why the Turkish government seemed to significantly change it´s public policy towards Israel by materially and politically supporting the Gaza Freedom Flotilla.The operand word that was the giveaway was “public”.

Then US Attorney General Ashcroft gagged Edmonds by slamming National Security Privileges on her, so she could not even the fact that she discovered the spy network, or why she was sacked at the FBI in court. Sibel Edmond´s experience is very well documented in ” Kill The Messenger“. (25) The film provides a brilliant background for understanding why it would have been a tectonic shift if Turkey and the Erdogan Government truly has changed their policy towards Israel in 2011.
Subsequent to the Israeli act of piracy the government of R. Tayyip Erdogan severed all diplomatic, military and trade ties with Israel. (26) Erdogan´s speech was a brilliant act of political grand standing, affording him the sympathies of countless honest citizens who are concerned about the Zionist genocide on the People of Palestine. Even though R. Tayyip Erdogan´s grandstanding impressed, and in deed fooled many, Christof Lehmann asked in the abstract of his article “Turkey servers all Diplomatic, Military, and Economic Ties to Israel on Gaza Flotilla Killings”, from 6 September 2011, if Erdogan and the Turkish Government are “rallying public support, to be used in a campaign against secular Syria”. (ibid.) That Erdogan´s speech and the diplomatic response was nothing but a deception is also strongly supported by the fact that relations with Israel were normalized only weeks after Erdogan´s grand standing charade of solidarity with the People of Palestine.
On 25 January 2012 nsnbc received information from a reliable Palestinian Intelligence Source, known to nsnbc. The Palestinian who is resident in Turkey, confirmed that an article, stating that Abdelhakim Belhadj had been on board the Mavi Marmara (27) was in deed correct. He also drew attention to the question how it could be that all of the persons that were murdered by Israeli troops on the Mavi Marmara were Turkish citizens. There were many people from many nationalities on board, the situation on board was chaotic. How, and particularly why would Israel target nine Turkish citizens ?Because the IDF troops had been well informed about the situation on board, and because nine members of the Muslim Brotherhood in Turkey, who were opposed to the Muslim Brotherhoods involvement into the armed insurgency into Syria were ensnared into participating in a non-violent activity against Israel. The agent who co-ordinated the NATO / Mossad Operation was Abdelhakim Belhadj, who is now in charge of NATO´s training of the so called “Free Syrian Army“.Further more, the Palestinian Intelligence Source stated, that “certain high ranking members of Hamas had been involved in planning the operation”,and that Hamas or at least a strong fraction of Hamas had entered into agreements with Turkey and NATO, to establish a “Palestinian Spring”as soon as the campaign against the government of Syria had succeeded, and that “next week´s meeting of Hamas in Amman is part of this plot”.
“Endlösung” – The Final Solution for Palestine ?
The words of US President Barak Hussein Obama, with respect to the Palestinian bet for statehood at the 66th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (ibid.) are in deed ominous words.A Solution of the Palestinian problem is only possible within the context of a comprehensive solution for the Middle East, and it seems that Hamas is willingly and knowingly taking part in bringing this “comprehensive solution for the Middle east” about.
On Sunday, 30 January 2012 the Chairman of Hamas Polit-Bureau Khaled Mashal met with His Excellency King Abdullah II of Jordan, and His Excellency the Crown Prince of Qatar, Sheik Tamim, at the Royal Palace in Amman.(28) Present were also high ranking members of the Muslim Brotherhood. With Gulf States, and most significantly Qatar continuing to conspire againstSyria, meeting in Turkey (29), with a war on Syria being systematically manufactured(30) Hamas has become a NATO / Zionist tool, that is lending itself willingly to be abused for bringing about NATO´s, Israel´s and Obama´s “Endlösung” of the Palestinian Problem.The saddest of it all is, that it will not be a Palestinian Solution. It will not even be a Palestinian Solution within the context of a comprehensive solution for the Middle East. It will be a final solution of the “Palestinian Problem” within the context of a long planned war on Syria and Iran, and a new colonization of the Middle east by NATO and Israel.
If at the next elections, any Palestinian wishes to vote for A Great Israel, and a Jewish Statein which a few heavily guarded Palestinian enclaves are mercifully permitted, I suggest one should vote for Hamas, that seems to have become the latest of NATO´s secret armies. If one on the other hand believes that maintaining the status quo in which a Palestinian Authority fulfills the function of administrator of a Zionist genocide on Palestinians is possible in the light of the geopolitical developments, vote for Fatah.
If one wishes to have a chance acting against the planned final solution I suggest that As Saika, PFLP, DFLP would be at the center of a possible resistance as long as Syria survives. Palestinians should understand that a fall of Syria guaranties the plans that are hedged by Obama, Brzezinski, Netanyahu, Mashal and Belhadj and in such case Sabra and Shatila becomes a minor episode compared to what will be in waiting for all People of Palestine.

Are you still handicapped by the bias that makes you believe that all others are much more likely to become victims than Your loved ones, Your child, or You Yourself ? Member States of NATO and the GCC are preparing a coup d’état and a sectarian genocide in Syria. If you want to prevent these crimes, you should act now: circulate this article on the Internet and alert your elected officials.
In a few days, perhaps as early as Friday, June 15, at noon, the Syrians wanting to watch their national TV stations will see them replaced on their screens by TV programs created by the CIA. Studio-shot images will show massacres that are blamed on the Syrian Government, people demonstrating, ministers and generals resigning from their posts, President Al-Assad fleeing, the rebels gathering in the big city centers, and a new government installing itself in the presidential palace.
This operation of disinformation, directly managed from Washington by Ben Rhodes, the US deputy national security adviser for strategic communication, aims at demoralizing the Syrians in order to pave the way for a coup d’etat. NATO, discontent about the double vetoof Russia and China, will thus succeed in conquering Syria without attacking the country illegally. Whichever judgment you might have formed on the actual events in Syria, a coup d’etat will end all hopes of democratization.
The Arab League has officially asked the satellite operators Arabsat and Nilesat to stop broadcasting Syrian media, either public or private (Syria TV, Al-Ekbariya, Ad-Dounia, Cham TV, etc.) A precedent already exists because the Arab League had managed to censure Libyan TVin order to keep the leaders of the Jamahiriya from communicating with their people. There is no Hertz network in Syria, where TV works exclusively with satellites. The cut, however, will not leave the screens black.
Actually, this public decision is only the tip of the iceberg. According to our information several international meetings were organized during the past week to coordinate the disinformation campaign. The first two were technical meetings, held in Doha (Qatar); the third was a political meeting and took place in Riyad (Saudi Arabia).
The first meeting assembled PSYOP officers, embedded in the satellite TV channels of Al-Arabiya, Al-Jazeera, BBC, CNN, Fox, France 24, Future TV and MTV.It is known that since 1998, the officers of the US Army Psychological Operations Unit (PSYOP) have been incorporated in CNN. Since then this practice has been extended by NATO to other strategic media as well.
They fabricated false information in advance, on the basis of a “story-telling”script devised by Ben Rhodes’s team at the White House. A procedure of reciprocal validation was installed, with each media quoting the lies of the other media to render them plausible for TV spectators. The participants also decided not only to requisition the TV channels of the CIA for Syria and Lebanon (Barada, Future TV, MTV, Orient News, Syria Chaab, Syria Alghad) but also about 40 religious Wahhabi TV channels to call for confessional massacres to the cry of “Christians to Beyrouth, Alawites into the grave!.”
The second meeting was held for engineers and technicians to fabricate fictitious images, mixing one part in an outdoor studio, the other part with computer generated images.During the past weeks, studios in Saudi Arabia have been set up to build replicas of the two presidential palaces in Syria and the main squares of Damascus, Aleppo and Homs. Studios of this type already exist in Doha (Qatar), but they are not sufficient.
The third meeting was held by General James B. Smith, the US ambassador, a representative of the UK, prince Bandar Bin Sultan(whom former U.S. president George Bush named his adopted son so that the U.S. press called him “Bandar Bush”). In this meeting the media actions were coordinated with those of the Free “Syrian” Army, in which prince Bandar’s mercenaries play a decisive role.
The operation had been in the making for several months, but the U.S. National Security Council decided to accelerate the action after the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, notified the White House that he would oppose by all means, even by force, any illegal NATO military intervention in Syria.
The operation has a double intent: the first is to spread false information, the second aims at censuring all possible responses.
The hampering of TV satellites for military purposes is not new. Under pressure from Israel, the USA and the EU blocked Lebanese, Palestinian, Iraqi, Libyan and Iranian TV channels, one after the other. However, no satellite channels from other parts of the world were censured.
The broadcast of false news is also not new, but four significant steps have been taken in the art of propaganda during the last decade. • In 1994, a pop music station named “Free Radio of the Thousand Hills” (RTML) gave the signal for genocide in Rwanda with the cry, “Kill the cockroaches!” • In 2001, NATO used the media to impose an interpretation of the 9/11 attacks and to justify its own aggression against Afghanistan and Iraq. At that time already, it was Ben Rhodes who had been commissioned by the Bush administration to concoct the Kean/Hamilton Commission report on the attacks. • In 2002, the CIA used five TV channels(Televen, Globovision, ValeTV and CMT) to make the public in Venezuela believe that phantom demonstrators had captured the elected president, Hugo Chávez, forcing him to resign. In reality he was the victim of a military coup d’etat. • In 2011, France 24 served as information ministry for the Libyan NTC, according to a signed contract. During the battle of Tripoli, NATO produced fake studio films, then transmitted them via Al-Jazeera and Al-Arabiya, showing phantom images of Libyan rebels on the central square of the capital city, while in reality they were still far away. As a consequence, the inhabitants of Tripoli were persuaded that the war was lost and gave up all resistance.
Nowadays the media do not only support a war, they produce it themselves.
This procedure violates the principles of International Law, first of all Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights relating to the fact ofreceiving and imparting information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.”Above all, the procedure violates the United Nations General Assembly resolution, adopted after the end of World War II, to prevent further wars.Resolutions 110, 381 and 819 forbid “to set obstacles to free exchange of information and ideas” (like cutting off Syrian TV channels) and “all propaganda provoking or encouraging threats to peace, breaking peace, and all acts of aggression”. By law, war propaganda is a crime against peace, the worst of crimes, because it facilitates war crimes and genocide.
Fidel Castro: If Gaddafi Resists he will enter History as One of the Great Figures of the Arab Nations
Former Cuban leader Fidel Castro said that in Libyan case, the Nazi-fascist role is being played by NATO with its thousands of bombing missions by the most modern aircraft ever known by the world, “Interfax” news agency quotes Fidel as writing in his reflections.
“The crude attacks against the Libyan people, which have taken on a Nazi-fascist character, may be used against any Third World nation. The belligerent organization now depends on Gaddafi. If he resists and does not yield to their demands, he will enter history as one of the great figures of the Arab nations,” Fidel Castro said.
You may agree or not with Gaddafi’s political ideas, but no one has the right to question the existence of Libya as an independent state and member of the United Nations.

Libyan Former Gaddafi Chief Spy Dorda Charged in Libya Court

Dr Abuzeid Omar Dorda, 68, the former head of external intelligence in the regime of the former Libyan (dictator) Muammar Gaddafi, was Tuesday charged in court for his part in favour of the former regime during the February 17 revolution that ousted Gaddafi. He is also charged (with arming his ethnic group)=>(****WHAT ETHNIC GROUP????), and ordering the fatal shooting of protesters last year.(*****The order was given by the West and theirSNIPERSnot by Dr. Dorda or by any of the Government)
Dorda, who arrived in court wearing a blue prison uniform – looked slightly weary and using crutches to walk. His doctor told journalists that he was recovering from a broken hip. He denies all six charges.
Dorda, the first senior official from the former Libyan regime to be charged in court following last year’s conflict, appeared in a Tripoli court behind a metal cage. After his lawyer, Daw al-Mansouri asked for more time to review the charges,the case was adjourned until June 26. Mr Mansouri also said that he had faith that his client would receive a fair trial.
Dorda is also a former General Secretary of the People’s Committee of Libya (equivalent to Prime Minister) in the Gaddafi regime. He served in the capacity for four years, from 1990 to 1994. For six year, between 1997 and 2003, he was also the Libyan regime’s permanent representative to the United Nations. He took over as external intelligence chief in 2009 from Moussa Koussa, the foreign minister who defected in March 2011 from the regime and fled Libya, initially to the UK.
Dorda, known as one of Gaddafi’s most loyal supporters was arrested in September last year. His family, which is requesting a fair trial, said it was coping with a stressful situation.
His trial is tobe observers by Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International.They will be monitoring the whole process of the trial in order to ensure fairness.
The former prime minister’s trial is seen as a test case for Libya’s judiciary and its capacity to deal with high-profile cases.
He is charged with “mobilising security forces to fire bullets at the heads and chests of civilians, preventing, through the use of force and intimidation, the staging of peaceful protests”, and arming his ethnic group with the purpose of inciting civil strife during Libya’s rebellion last year.
Present at the courthouse was Dorda’s younger brother, Abdullah, who said he was confident of his brother’s innocence. He was quoted telling BBC that all the things they are saying about his brother are untrue. “My brother is one of the Libyan people who looks out for his country, for its people and its safety,” he said.
There are two more key figures from the former regime, Gaddafi’s son Seif al-Islam, who is in custody in Libya, and his brother-in-law Abdullah al-Senussi, the former head of military intelligence. The International Criminal Court, ICC, also wants both for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity. Seif is currently in custody in Libya
Senussi was captured in Mauritania last November and was charged with entering the West African country illegally.
